The foccacia is amazing but the sandwich overall lacked flavor and the line was super long. Could get just as good of a sandwich somewhere else.

We LOVED the sandwiches here and actually stopped by twice during our couple of days here in Florence. Both La Rossa and La Suicida (Yes Chef approved!) are incredible. These sandos are a must-try if you are in Florence!

Brutal! A very thin focaccia with all the possibilities! I went for the Porcheta with spicy sauce and sun dried tomatoes… to die for! The tuscan ham and truffle is also amazing. More than 20 options. A must!

I think this place has had too much hype. The size was much smaller than what I'd seen online and mine at least was quite dry and not very generous. Disappointing after such a long queue.

Officially the best sandwich we've had in Florence. Besides the top-notch ingredients used, the bread is the winner as it was pre-heated and incredibly crispy during eating. Get ready, it's a huge crowd!!!

We came here twice during our 4 days stay in Florence. The sandwiches were so good. We really like the bread that they use for the sandwiches. It is called schiacciate. They were very accommodating. I don’t like to eat meat so I asked to have the sun-dried tomatoes, arugula & olive oil only. They were happy to modify my sandwich. Highly recommend tho solace if you want a quick lunch or dinner.

11/10/2025: Central, but quiet place. Exquisite food at a very good price. They follow the maxim of the Fattoria Rossi cheese factory, quality and tradition. Impeccable service, with a waitress who spoke Spanish. A highly recommended place.
09/10/2025: Perfect food and perfect service, clean toilets and good ambient. Eugenio was great helping us and u can 100% trust his recommendations.
