This had to be the best sandwich I have eaten in a decade or more. I have difficulty even thinking of one to compare it with. Even though there was a queue, it didn’t take long to get our order. A short walk from most anywhere in Florence, make the time, take a walk, stop by and get one to go. It will be worth it. This was the only place in all of our tour of Italy we arranged to eat at more than once and it was worth it.

amazing sandwiches, got la suicida and added sweet onion cream, so good . a favorite. busy during peak hours but quick service, extra seats upstairs.

Tiny place with incredible sandwiches made on fresh crunchy toasted focaccia! Just a few stools at a bar with about 4 small tables in the tiny upstairs, otherwise great take-away. Line is always long but they are super efficient. Highly recommend.

Absolutely delicious sandwiches made on fresh focaccia romana right in front of you. There are around 20 sandwich options, or make up your own. They alsooffer beer, wine, soft drinks, water & aperol spritz. You order at the counter, pay, & wait for your sandwich to be made. You can then take it out or walk up a steep flight of stairs to a very small & charming seating area.

Ristorante Rosso Crudo

10/04/2025: Grazie mille! We have just been to their cooking class and it was amazing! Raffello was very funny 😁 and taught us so much about the history of Italian food. His techniques were very useful. I highly recommend going to this place . I am lost for words and as a food critic, I am shocked at how this turned out to be. Simply wonderful!!! (Maxim, 10yo)
