Delicious schiacciata sandwiches, there's always a queue here as it's popular on Instagram/ TikTok. The portions are generous and sandwiches fresh, albeit hard to eat without making a mess as the bread is very crispy. There is a toilet inside and some seating space upstairs.

Very tasty schiacciata, I had one with porchetta, gorgonzola and truffle sauces. Also, you can eat it upstairs if you don't want to walk.

Great place for a quick and tasty lunch! I took a sandwich to go, and it was amazing. The portion of filling was huge and everything felt very fresh. There were a few people in line, but the wait was short and the service was efficient. Highly recommended for a quality snack while exploring Florence

Very good, i ordered the small Golosa, it was very tasty and enough for a quick meal before leaving the city. I can only recommend this place!

I waited and ate before it opened, but it was too salty ㅠ ㅠ It was salty because they put in a lot of ham and cheese. There was a space to sit upstairs and eat, but the atmosphere wasn't great, so I came out to eat.

16/03/2026: I asked for a T-bone steak and a light dish, but due to what seemed like a communication error, they gave me pasta instead. However, all the food tasted good. It was a shame I couldn't fully enjoy the pasta because I was already full. Still, it was a good experience. Recommended.
15/03/2026: The bistecca (steak) is ordered in 1.2kg portions, so I was worried whether the two of us could finish it, but the meat was so tender and delicious that we finished it in no time. If I have the chance to come to Florence again, I would definitely like to go there.

09/03/2026: I've loved these guys for years now; I've watched them grow and get what they deserve! I swear by the hospitality, the food, and the friendliness!! The best dish in the world: tortelli! They're no slouch either with the carbonara... I hope they continue to grow... beautiful and talented! I highly recommend them; I adore you guys! ❤️
