A remarkable dining establishment located just outside Umbertide, offering exceptional culinary experiences and impeccable service.

With a short detour you can have a hands down spectacular lunch here. This place is not good, it’s spectacular! And the price/quality ratio is so fair compared to many other ‘in town’ places. Our 8 year old daughter ate an entire tagliata (!) and that alone is unusual. We had amazing truffle dishes and experienced a level of kindness and hospitality that we will not forget. Bottom line: this is a hidden gem. Go!

Always a guarantee, good and carefully prepared dishes, you can feel that there is a lot of passion behind it. The products used are of high quality and customer attention is guaranteed. The entrees while waiting to order and the oil they produce that they make you taste are a nice treat. I always go back very happily, both for the quality of the food and the atmosphere. I recommend it without any doubt.

The food, decor, ambiance and the personnel were amazing. Everything about it was wonderful.

EXCEPTIONAL GREETINGS LUNCH. I left Bologna to have lunch with friends in this restaurant that I didn't know. BEAUTIFUL location. PLEASANT hospitality. welcome with GOOD sparkling wine. EXCELLENT mise en bouche. EXQUISITE carpaccio starter. first pappardella white ragout EXCEPTIONAL. SPECIAL bread. UNMISSABLE mango sorbet. sweet cheese cake BEST EAT. WINE CHOICE RICH. what can I say: THANK YOU, a must try for everyone.

A really nice place!!! We had lunch outdoors in a beautiful garden. Traditional dishes but revisited with taste and creativity. Nice wine list. The welcome was also appreciated!!! I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND 😃

Wij hebben een fijne avond gehad in dit restaurant. De locatie is niet geweldig. Het is echte een gemiste kans om het merendeel van de tafels op het terras op de weg te laten uitkijken en niet op het mooie dal dat links ligt. Wij hebben, ondanks de wind, buiten kunnen eten en het was er stampvol. Prachtig met wit linnen gedekte tafels. Erg aardige ontvangst door de maître en de dames in de bediening die allemaal prima Engels spreken. Meteen een heerlijke amuses en een schaaltje met prachtige, zelfgebakken broodjes op tafel (o.a. curry- en tomatenbrood), natuurlijke heerlijke olijfolie. Alles regionaal. Ooraf heerlijke raviolipasta met witte truffel en een pasta met zongedroogde tomaat en krokante stukjes varkensvlees. Als hoofgerecht beiden een enorme biefstuk (helaas tè groot voor ons) met een portwijnsaus (Niepoort) met zwarte truffel en rode kool. Erbij een prachtige Pinot Negro van het huis Antinori. Genoten. Toe een goddelijke panna cotta van kokos, mango en een gelei van Maracuja. Mooi adres!

Ci sono stato con la mia ragazza, siamo stati molto bene, cibo molto buono, buonissima accoglienza da parte del signor Francesco…piacevolmente colpiti, ci ritorneremo senz’altro!
