An excellent gourmet restaurant in the small province! Excellent cooking education! I didn't like the music, but it was a jazz background, personal matter!

What a show!!!! We found this restaurant by chance and..... we can't wait to go back! Service 10 and praise, menu 10 and praise, location 10 and praise... what can I say, we were delighted from the welcome to the final goodbyes. Forgive me, I didn't take photos because I was fascinated by the dishes! Roasted pumpkin salad with pumpkin croutons, Norcia bacon and pecorino fondue. Piglet raised in the wild and left in brine and cooked on the grill... oh well, what can I say? Go there now!

Helpful, professional and kind staff; High quality food at more than fair prices. Beautiful location, clean and with attention to the smallest details. Both the tasting of various types of bread with home-produced oil and the cantucci at the end of the meal (offered on the house together with the crouton and bubbles) are excellent. It wasn't our first time but it proved to be an excellent choice and lived up to our expectations. I highly recommend it and we will definitely return.

We discovered this place by reading the various reviews, all extremely positive. We therefore decide to book a lunch on Friday. The restaurant is easily accessible and has excellent internal parking. From the outside the structure is very beautiful and well-kept. Upon entering we were greeted by a very kind person who let us choose the table we preferred. We sat in a more intimate part of the room with a window overlooking the greenery outside. Once the menu was brought we were offered welcome entrees but I won't go into detail so as not to ruin the surprise. The dishes were presented very well, explained in detail both with which ingredients they had been composed and the type of cooking. We took a platter with cold cuts, cheeses and compotes which was overall exceptional. We continued with giant tortellini carbonara and a truly excellent cut with fresh mushrooms. Too full to have dessert with coffee, they were offered characteristic biscuits. For what we ate, for the service and the location we paid an excellent price. Compliments to the chef and the dining room staff who pampered us by making us try some excellent local flavours. This restaurant is really worth trying.

Great service and food. All made by them with fresh ingredients. Truffle fillet and pasta made by them were very good. Excellent value for money. Nice place.

With a short detour you can have a hands down spectacular lunch here. This place is not good, it’s spectacular! And the price/quality ratio is so fair compared to many other ‘in town’ places. Our 8 year old daughter ate an entire tagliata (!) and that alone is unusual. We had amazing truffle dishes and experienced a level of kindness and hospitality that we will not forget. Bottom line: this is a hidden gem. Go!
