The owners created an excellent charcuterie and cheese selection for my recent visit to Umbria. Fantastic flavors and representation of local products. We will be back next time we are in Italy.

The service was confusing, but the dishes were excellent and beautifully presented. We'll definitely be back!

But... aren't there ten stars?!?! Let's start with the dining room manager... A very experienced and professional person... someone who knows how to guide you through the twists and turns of a good meal... and provides you with the right tools to evaluate your choices. The dishes?... they're inedible... decidedly indigestible and dangerous... after all, ceramic, as we all know, can cause serious damage to our beloved digestive system. Well... I'll try to be serious: I was lucky enough to choose this charming place on Google Maps and, after a long search, I decided on my Sunday. I couldn't have made a better choice. I found some white truffle with which I enjoyed an excellent first course and a fillet steak with Port wine and white truffle that will certainly be remembered and shared for a long time. The dining room staff are also delightful... and beautiful. I don't think I've ever enjoyed such flavorful meat... tender and well-cooked to your liking... quality. The wine? Top notch!!!! Money well spent... To return... and return.... and return...are..e!

Our experience at Ristorante Girasoli on July 14, 2025, was simply perfect, as was Ristorante Corsetti, which we frequent during the "colder" months and for which I left a wonderful review some time ago. Ristorante Girasoli is the kind of restaurant I adore: quiet, surrounded by greenery. What can I say about the food? 10 stars, there's always plenty to choose from. Simone is the perfect host, friendly, kind, and smiling. The same goes for the staff. We've been coming here, as I told Simone, since our days at Casale... so it's nice to see how much growth has occurred over the years. So, thank you for making our dinners more enjoyable. Far from the mainstream lies this oasis of lovingly crafted indulgence. The service is incredibly charming and warm. The ambiance surpasses most in the region, and the food exceeds all expectations after a week in the Umbertide area. If we ever return to this area, this restaurant will be at the top of our to-do list. A heartfelt thank you to the entire hospitality team.

Onverwacht fantastisch! Met z’n zessen (3 kinderen) heerlijk gegeten. Service heel leuk, professioneel en met een grapje tussendoor. Het eten was echt uitmuntend en ze waren lief voor de kinderen! Zeer zeker een aanrader!
