Very nice place with attention to detail. Absolutely worth a stop!!! Quality food, excellent wines and oil of their own production, delicious homemade pasta and bread. Excellent meat...impeccable service and a warm but never intrusive welcome. Congratulations to Francesco and all the staff. We will be back soon to try the outdoor space :-)

Nice and well-kept restaurant. Normal food; with welcome entrée with prosecco. Very poor starter compared to the price (very chewy focaccia). Cappellacci carbonara good but the quantity very small. Fillet with good wine reduction. Service to be reviewed, little attention to the customer's requests and above all little desire to comply with the requests made (e.g. only after having eaten the second course, served with cooked grass, we were told that if we wanted we could choose potatoes; however this was not mentioned when ordering. Or to the request for the white wine, no alternatives were given, saying that as a type there was only the welcome prosecco and that was it. Furthermore, our request not to have the truffle in the second course was not taken into consideration possibility of removing the truffle on the focaccia of the appetizer, which obviously without our knowledge was seasoned with this.) Excellent place for foreigners and tourists, but perhaps not for locals.

Excellent cuisine, attentive and friendly service. The ambiance outside is very pleasant, but the interior is a bit of a letdown.

A refined, refined, elegant but not excessively pompous venue, it retains a touch of craftsmanship in the purity of the furnishings. Large, spaced tables, separate rooms for every need. The cuisine is genuine, km0, with wines and oil produced by the company. Well-selected menu for an excellent offer of typical Umbrian cuisine with some Tuscan contamination. The service is textbook, present but never intrusive. They manage reservations with staggered times so as to have only a few minutes of waiting between the order and the arrival of the dish. The cost is excellent considering the very high quality of the raw material. Simone and his staff are a guarantee for a lunch or dinner where you want to relax and disconnect from the daily routine immersed in a quiet Umbrian valley. See you soon!

Per noi più che una cena è stato un sogno!! Il locale è veramente bello, curato, pulito, arredato con gusto. Cena iniziata con un calice di benvenuto, per poter brindare direttamente con uno dei vini prodotti dall'azienda agricola casalinga. Poi ancora uno sformatino come assaggio e degustazione dell'olio di propria produzione, arrivato insieme ad almeno 6 tipi di pane diversi. I piatti veramente squisiti, tutto veramente perfetto!! Carta dei vini molto curata e fornita, tra quelli di propria produzione e quelli ben noti ai più!! A farla da padrone un servizio attento, puntuale e magnificamente esplicativo, su ogni portata ed ogni prodotto. Siamo arrivati, consigliati da amici, con aspettative altissime e che dire... Ce ne andiamo sapendo assolutamente di tornare, presto, con le aspettative ancora più alte. È stata una cena straordinaria!!

Nice well kept place. Unfortunately the first courses are too abundant and overcooked, then you can't eat anything else. Very smoky but effective for a dinner with guests to amaze, certainly excellent for foreign tourists who want Italian cuisine, especially meat. The oil is quite good. The wine from the I Girasoli cellar is good.

Found by chance while we were traveling, a surprise both for the kindness and professionalism of the staff and for the excellent food, divine oil and wine produced on the farm of the same name... highly recommended
