last week we ended up in this place by chance, initially looking at the menu we were a little surprised, because the dishes were very elaborate and outside of the normal offerings of San Vito... I ate one of the best fillets ever, I asked good/good cooking and they fulfilled my wish, it was perfect, AFTER paying the bill my girlfriend and I sat on some tables outside the restaurant without asking and the owner saw us and brought us two delicious liqueurs ! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Highly recommended, friendly service in a totally relaxing location

All done with the utmost care. They recommended it to me for tuna. And that's what I asked for. On the grill. Wines by the glass. There were also many first course options. It is located right in the Sanctuary/Church square.

Choice of starters, first and second courses not particularly wide but what is on the menu is particularly good, fresh, well-finished in presentation and excellent in cooking. Not much choice for vegetarians. Very accurate, prompt service and courteous and kind staff. Beautiful location in a beautiful garden. Good value for money. Definitely coming back

As soon as we entered we were greeted by the girl who accompanied us into a dream. A fairytale garden with lots of plants, very intimate and decidedly fabulous. Superlative food, the prawn melts in your mouth, the cut was like butter. Impeccable and very attentive service. It's a shame we stayed here for so little, we would have gladly returned. Honest bill, starter, two first courses and two second courses with water and glasses of wine €100. The quality of the food and the staff is top. Compliments

Uno dei principali componenti durante una vacanza è la cucina del luogo in cui soggiorni. Il ristorante "Ristorante Giorgini" è un vero colpo di fortuna. Ci siamo stati 2 volte durante la nostra vacanza. Se amate il cibo delizioso ma anche raffinato, preparato con amore e fantasia dallo chef, allora questo ristorante fa per voi. Si trova nel centro della città e vi lavora tutta la famiglia, il che vi farà sentire come il cliente più amato. Vi serviranno, spiegheranno e consiglieranno con grande cura. Hanno una meravigliosa carta dei vini, i prodotti sono molto freschi e preparati professionalmente. Lo staff è ben preparato e attento , il che parla di un alto livello di servizio. I prezzi sono piacevoli. Per me è stata un'esperienza culinaria indimenticabile e tornerò con grande piacere in questo ristorante durante i miei prossimi viaggi a San Vito

We arrived in San Vito on the Saturday and booked this restaurant as soon as we got into the centre having been recommended by my daughter who had been here last year. It did not disappoint, the food was excellent but most of all the staff were a joy, polite, friendly knowledgeable and helpful. We shared a couple of starters ( Frittura di Cappuccetti and Tentacolo di Polpo with Coppa di maialino) and then had some delightful main courses (Calamaro Giorgini, Ventrasca di Tonno, Pescato del Giorno). - all complemented by a couple of bottles of Etna Bianco sul Vulcano, some deserts and an Amaro. It was great. In fact it was so good that we came back on the following Friday. This time we took the same starters and for the mains it was Pesce del giorno (again because it was really ggo), Spaghetti Gambero Rosso, Ricciola (amberjack) and a Tonno Rosso. For the wine I let the manageress guide us (Etna Bianco was brilliant but I wanted to try a different wine). The recommendation was perfect a nice bottle of Mozia Tasca Dealmerita. We all speak Italian but they have english speaking staff and the manageress' english was excellent.
