I-Gio In Roma

This was my first time trying Korean food. I relied on a friend who already knows the area to help me choose the dishes. I have to say, I had a great time. All the dishes were excellent, and just as I like them, although I found some of them quite spicy. I got a full pass. Given the Korean culture of sharing, the portions are generous, thanks to the fact that everything is placed in the center of the table and everyone takes their share. I recommend having at least three people to enjoy a variety of dishes.

The Korean server was very kind and helpful, and the food was just as good as what you get in Korea.

I'm happy to return to this restaurant. Following the growing popularity of South Korea, the restaurant is always very popular and, interestingly, has a good Korean clientele. Ambience: Minimalist, clean. Air conditioning isn't exactly optimal. Service: Excellent. Helpful in explaining the dishes and ensuring they're properly prepared. Food: Excellent.

Authentic Korean experience with some room for improvement We visited Igiio because we were intrigued by the positive reviews and wanted to try authentic Korean cuisine in Rome. The atmosphere is welcoming and modern, yet with traditional touches that create a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. The menu is well-structured, with iconic dishes like bulgogi, bibimbap, and the ever-present kimchi. We loved the bold yet balanced flavors: the meats are carefully marinated, and the side dishes are generous. Special mention goes to the Korean fried chicken, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The service was courteous, though a bit slow during busy periods. Some dishes arrived at different times, but the quality of the food made up for the wait. Prices are in line with the offerings: not cheap, but justified by the quality of the ingredients and preparation. Overall, Igiio is an excellent choice for those seeking Korean cuisine in Rome, with just a few details to perfect to reach the fifth star. We'll be happy to return!

I've been there several times and every time it's amazing. The food is amazing, everything is delicious, never a disappointment. The atmosphere is super well-kept, welcoming, and clean. The staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and fast. IGIO is a guarantee.

ViaFrancigena I couldn't eat Korean food at all because I was walking, but I ate Korean food for the first time in 40 days. I almost cried while eating kimchi stew. I was so happy ㅋㅋㅋ It was really delicious Korean food and I was so grateful. ❤️ Make sure to make a reservation for Saturday/Sunday! I came on Saturday evening and just went back. And it's closed every Monday.

Come da titolo. Ottima 1^ esperienza di cucina Coreana. Tutto cibo ottimo e ben presentato. Il barbecue al tavola, un motivo in più per ritornare. Personale gentile e veloce. Ambiente carino e pulito. Servizi igienici ottimamente tenuti. Prezzi adeguati a quanto consumato.

Finalmente sono riuscito a provare questo ristorante che mi avevano consigliato. Il locale è molto grande, con uno stile semplice ma tipico. Il personale è piacevolmente gentile, disponibile e soprattutto preparato. Un particolare grazie a Ludovica, che ci ha servito per tutta la sera e spiegato ogni singola cosa ordinata. Il menù è un po’ confusionario, ma con il supporto della ragazza é stato molto semplice ordinare. Il cibo era tutto buonissimo, spettacolari i roll iniziali, buono il pollo fritto. Lo consiglio!
