Perfect hotel with charisma! Located near the city center. Our room was spacious and had the character of an Italian Palazzo. The breakfast buffet offers all variety in great quality. I want to highlight the extremely friendly staff. They made our stay even more comfortable.

Extreamly happy with our stay at Hotel Rivoli. I’ll start off by saying the staff was amazing. Breakfast staff was very welcoming every morning. Bar staff, front desk, everyone was always happy. Location of hotel was very close to train station. Our beds were comfy and good pillows. Breakfast had a good spread. Would stay here again anytime.

Excellent hotel in the heart of Florence. Well-appointed rooms, equipped with a kettle and herbal teas. I really appreciated the toothbrushes, scented towels, and bottled mineral water in the room. I would therefore describe it as a hotel that pays attention to detail and comfort. Unfortunately, I must point out that I was unable to drink coffee at breakfast because, since I am celiac, the machine they use is the same as the barley machine. Even the savory gluten-free breakfast is non-existent. I basically only had a yogurt.

I would definitely stay here again.
