Great atmosphere and delicious food. Staff were super friendly. They serve local beer from I think a microbrewery in the back. Loved their pear and ricotta cake I had for dessert. Well worth a visit if you’re not in the centre of town

I must preface this by saying: I've only eaten at Locanda Etica once (but I'll definitely be back). However, I feel compelled to endorse this place, so welcoming, simple, and familiar. Not just for the authentic food, not just for the truly incredible prices of the set menus, but for the humanity of the project and of those who work there. I'll quote a text I found posted inside: "This place is not just a restaurant, it's a place of integration, of rebirth, of redemption for people with difficult stories, where food, art, music, and sustainability come together." The kindness and gentleness of the waiters will make the meaning of all this clear to you. Long live Locanda Etica 'I Fiulot'.

Pavia craft beers and local wine accompany everything. The service is attentive yet friendly. An ethical restaurant with a perfectly balanced bill.
