Excellent pastry shop just outside the town center. The homemade brioches are delicious. I absolutely recommend the vegan ones, very tasty and light. The pastries are also excellent, definitely worth trying. It's a shame about the new staff, who are unprofessional and rude. Unfortunately, there's still a long way to go before they can properly interact with customers. We've always been there, long before the new staff, and we've always had a good experience. But since the new staff arrived, we've been going there less and less willingly. They lack kindness, courtesy, and knowledge. Guiding you in choosing a cake based on the bakery's availability is part of their job. And if you don't know how to do that, then you should consult the pastry chef, so as to avoid giving bad advice. But even that's what they can't do, which is common sense.

As for the quality of the croissants and pastries, I have nothing to say, I would give it 4 stars, but for the service and customer care, maybe 2. We waited more than 20 minutes for the breakfast we had previously ordered to be served, and several customers who arrived later were served first. The organization is just not there!!!
