An excellent selection of various cuts of meat, excellent service, and a meticulously maintained venue that combines elegance and traditional charm. The pleasant experience and the quality of the ingredients justify the expense (we spent about €300 for two). We were able to watch the various courses being prepared on the enormous open grill. Definitely recommended, a treat for a special evening.

I had 2 wonderful meals here with my family. The food, service, atmosphere… Well everything really was perfect for us two nights in a row. And my 8 year old daughter was able to choose, eat and enjoy starter, main & dessert 🤩 We all loved everything we ate and I can honestly say the steaks that I had were the most delicious steaks I’ve ever eaten.
Watching the Chef cooking over an open fire added an additional visual artistic element to the experience.
Thank you so much for 2 amazing dining experiences and some very happy tummies.

A steakhouse that bills itself as one of the best steakhouses in the world. We arrived with extremely high expectations, and even a little apprehension that they might be disappointed, but I must say they were completely rewarded; in fact, they probably exceeded them.
The service was simply impeccable: everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive, with a rare care in serving the customer and guiding us throughout the dinner.
The quality of the ingredients is astonishing.
We chose a menu consisting of appetizers, wagyu diaphragm, wagyu picanha, Parmigiano Friesian beef, and organic mountain beef. Every single dish was incredible and perfectly executed. It was, without a doubt, the best meat-eating experience of my life.
The dessert was also excellent, and the wine selection was truly interesting. The restaurant also has a charming and refined atmosphere.
A superlative experience, one we will remember for a long time.

I've been there more than once, even though (luckily 😅) I live a 5-hour drive away...
The quality of the meat and the perfection of the cooking justify the miles, costs, and reputation of the place. The service is punctual, competent, and courteous. The wine list is noteworthy. Must try at least once in your life.

We had a T-bone here for the first time, and it tasted absolutely delicious! As soon as we entered, we were immediately struck by the cabinet displaying a variety of options. We also enjoyed the appetizers, dessert, and wine – an all-around very positive experience. Friendly, competent service. The only (very minor) downside: the side dishes, typical of Italy, weren't that great by German standards – there was little choice.
2025: Just as good and impressive as 2024.

We visited this restaurant for the first time last night. There were three of us, and on the advice of the very kind waiter, we ordered an excellent selection of cheeses and an excellent loin to start. Next, we were served a perfectly cooked Irish Angus Grass-Fed, tender yet flavorful. Also, courtesy of the owner, a pleasant surprise was provided for my son: a taste of Wagyu Sendai, truly exquisite and melt-in-the-mouth. The entire staff deserves special mention for their professionalism and kindness. We highly recommend it to anyone in the area.

It's a 3.5, but I'm lowering it because I found some surcharges unjustified.
As a meat and BBQ lover, I've had the opportunity to eat the meats offered many times. And I must say, the selection is truly top-notch. However, knowing the prices at the producer and butcher shop well, I find the markups truly excessive and not justified by other considerations, such as the location (nice but average) or the preparation of the service.
The explanations are too brief and rushed, and the customer service is not that of a Michelin-starred restaurant. I would have appreciated, for example, being able to decide whether to have a rib-eye or a T-bone; or the option of choosing directly from the fridge. Instead, there's no information on this.
There's also little guidance on the wine list, despite an impressive wine list.
I was also disappointed by the "surprise" of the side dish: €15 a plate for grilled beans and simple tomatoes from their garden. Everything was very good, but the markup is hard to understand for such simple dishes and inexpensive ingredients. Furthermore, the cost of the side dish isn't listed on the menu.
In summary: it was a very pleasant dinner, with good food, but the price wasn't justified. For this reason, I'm glad I tried it, but I wouldn't return.

The meat was excellent, perhaps a little overcooked by Tuscan standards. The appetizers, in my opinion, were overpriced for what they offered (half portions pictured). In my opinion, it's best to just order the steak and sides.
