One of the few places that deserves all the awards and recognitions received. Food, service, environment more than excellent. You are guided with professionalism in the choice of wine and in the wine list also excellent choices without spending crazy amounts. Careful and very professional service, which is not a given even for places of this level. If we want to be picky, the coffee is not exceptional and the bathroom is small. Prices adequate for certain levels, I must say also honest. I will definitely return.

My God theee best steak! They bring it to your table to let you see before they cook it. And the service was impeccable from the waiters to the sommelier we were so well taken care of! The place is small and quaint, perfect!

As true meat lovers, we left Rome with the intention of celebrating my birthday in style and we were not disappointed. Driven by the reviews that defined the place as the sixth steakhouse in the world, we arrived in Saturnia with high expectations, and I can say that they were not only satisfied, but exceeded. The welcome was very warm, with impeccable service and an atmosphere that immediately won us over: a room with a fireplace, soft lights, blues/jazz music in the background and an environment that made us feel immediately at ease. Every detail is designed to create an unforgettable evening. Moving on to the food, the experience was truly mind-blowing. The Japan Sendai Wagyu was without a doubt the best meat we have ever eaten in our lives, a real explosion of flavor that made the whole experience unforgettable. The Italian Black Angus was also extraordinary, with a particular grill cooking that brought out every nuance. The house cured meats as a starter were another surprise: the pork ham made directly by them is amazing, a flavor that is not easily forgotten. All always accompanied by warm homemade bread. To conclude, the tiramisu, with a candle on top and the "happy birthday" chanted by the staff, added that extra touch that made the birthday truly special. A round of applause also to the staff: highly trained, professional and at the same time friendly, always ready to make sure the experience was perfect. The owners, visionaries and enthusiasts (present, never intrusive) have created a unique concept that combines quality, environment and exceptional service. Chapeau to everyone, really! We will definitely return again and again. An experience that we recommend to anyone who wants to experience a special moment, regardless of prices and worries, in a fantastic environment and with a proposal that is not easily forgotten.

Locale bellissimo atmosfera unica brace a vista personale super gentile simpatico ed attento ad ogni minimo dettaglio. Cibo veramente eccellente pappardella al ragù di chininina sublime, bistecca maremmana buona ma a noi non ha sorpreso più delle tante bistecche mangiate in altri ristoranti della maremma (ma forse perchè siamo abituati) dolce la chicca che fa concludere in bellezza la serata. Due aspetti da appuntare, i prezzi veramente alti, però okay, prima di andare lo sai quindi è giusto anche non lamentarsi… mi aspettavo solo un trattamento più completo per quelle cifre, ad esempio, nessun amuse bouche nessun pre dessert nessun biscottino accompagnato al caffè… ecco io per questi costi certe cose me le aspetto… tutto qui! Per il resto… sicuramente un esperienza da provare.

I tried the pappardelle with deer, Piedmontese fatty ox meat, Icelandic horse meat, rubia galleca and wagiu sendai. Excellent service, very kind and knowledgeable staff. Compliments to the owner, a great meat expert, for the quality and care with which he treats the products.
