It is no coincidence that it is the best meat restaurant in Italy. Already from the aperitif you understand that here you don't mess with your palate, the Chianina tartare and the fettuccine with wild boar ragout are of a superior level, sautéed chicory and delicious baked potatoes. And now we come to the meat: it sends you to the moon and far beyond. Grilled Lorenzo is the king, a Pirate with a capital P, after the first bite I no longer understood anything.
Forget about looking at the prices: if you don't intend to spend, change places, because you won't be able to fully enjoy the experience that a place like this offers. Top of the top! 🙌🙌🙌

It was simply a pleasure, very friendly and courteous service and very good wine recommendations, be it the Vermentino from Tuscany or the Morellino di Scansano. Although my wife is a vegetarian, they tried to accommodate her. The Battuta di Fasone was hand chopped, the meat was tender and almost melted in the mouth, excellent flavor.The
Fagottini with a wafer-thin pasta dough full of flavor and parmesan aged for 60 months is a delight on the palate. The Fiorentina made from Fasone beef from the charcoal grill was simply a culinary delight, the light nutty taste from the maturation of the meat was a festival on the palate, thank you very much. The grilled artichokes and baked potatoes were also excellent. The tiramisu with café ice cream was fluffy and tasted good. We'll be back.

Locale accogliente, atmosfera elegante, servizio eccellente. La qualità delle materie prime è ottima, ma il prezzo è veramente ma veramente esagerato. Avevo mangiato in questo ristorante due anni fa e avevo pagato molto (ma il giusto), però ora è diventato quasi proibitivo.
