Excellent Experience. I had the pleasure of dining at this trattoria and was truly satisfied. The set menu was plentiful, varied, and excellent quality, with dishes prepared with fresh ingredients and authentic flavors. I was there this evening and we ate very well, the pitoni were delicious and I have never eaten better pizza than this... I will definitely go back.

The food is excellent, the porchetta is delicious, and the staff is always friendly and helpful, especially the owner, who is very charming. The pitoni are superb, I've never tasted better. We're an hour away and always come back with pleasure.

A beautiful restaurant nestled in the green woods of Castanea, it offers a welcoming, rustic, yet elegant atmosphere, with a Sicilian touch courtesy of the ceramics found throughout. The focaccia is excellent, both traditional Messina focaccia and specialty flavors like pumpkin cream with mortadella and chopped pistachios, or with burrata and prosciutto. The traditional Messina pidoni are also excellent.

29/09/2025: I've been there twice this year, one afternoon for a brioche with gelato and this morning for a delicious granita. I should start by saying that, being here on vacation and unfamiliar with the place, I was a little put off by the negative reviews. What can I say... a pleasant surprise! I found the staff to be courteous and polite, and the quality of the food was truly evident. Breakfast is certainly busier and perhaps a little chaotic, but I simply saw the girls really focused on doing their job well and ensuring a good result for the customer. I'll definitely be back next year!

18/09/2025: The food was very good, no doubt about it. However, I still don't understand why, despite having made a reservation and having at least four free tables (two of which were later filled by people without reservations), we had to wait 15 minutes for a table with other diners still chatting. No offense, but the service needs to be significantly improved.
14/09/2025: A great restaurant. Tasty, delicate and well-served meals. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. It's a place I would return to with my eyes closed.
