The place is gorgeous; you can stroll around or sit on the benches outside the shop. The owners are very kind, and the gelato is amazing—the best in the area, in my opinion.
A small ice cream shop that also makes custom cakes. We stumbled upon it while cycling along the Chiavenna bike path, about an hour's walk from the center of Chiavenna, and we refreshed ourselves with a gelato. For me, it's the best around Chiavenna; my favorite is the Nutella flavor, and today I tried ricotta, pear, and chocolate. I liked the ricotta flavor, but if you're being honest and not trying to criticize, either add more chocolate chips and pieces of pear, or just make the plain ricotta flavor, which is still very good. Maybe it was a coincidence, but while I was eating it, I found two chocolate chips and a piece of pear. The service is always super friendly and fast.
