Met through friends' recommendation. A very welcome discovery, there are many varieties of meat (all worth trying) excellent selection of wines and beers to accompany the meal, I was also satisfied with the first courses and desserts. I will definitely go back. Highly recommended if you want to eat good meat cooked properly.

Dimenticatevi la solita steak house e preparatevi ad una esperienza culinaria che ricorderete a lungo. Personale gentile e disponibile se decidete di scegliere di assaporare le loro T Bon sarete molto ben consigliati. Avrete modo di scegliere tra diversi tipi di carne che verranno cotte alla perfezione e accompagnate da quello che preferite. Se decidete di non impegnarvi con quella scelta avete a disposizione una selezione di altre pietanze tra hamburger tagliate filetti etc etc che ritengo siano veramente buoni. Carta dei vini giusta ed impegnativa ma che sanno accompagnare egregiamente quello che sceglierete. È un locale per chi apprezza la carne e vuole vivere una esperienza culinaria eccellente.

04/08/2024: I have the pleasure of sharing the pleasant experience on the occasion of my daughter's first birthday. I already knew this place, frequented for breakfasts, aperitifs and dinners... but I didn't know about the excellent organization of events. Delicious food at will... both sweet and savory (there was also the pinsa but we didn't have time to photograph it) thanks to the advice and professionalism of Valentina, super helpful, very kind and present throughout the party, taking care of the progress of the party. event... she thought of everything, I only chose the theme, Minnie in this case... she took care of everything down to the smallest detail, plus she gave me the opportunity to show a video to all the guests... she was truly golden! All guests were satisfied.. Centrale 97 is suitable for any type of event... thanks again for everything. Having celebrated this important event with you was the best choice I could have made.. See you soon!
