My favorite restaurant in all of Sicily. I've had oysters, fish, etc. The food and drink are excellent. The waiters and owner are incredibly friendly. PETERKINGLY APPROVED. I'll be back every time I'm in Sicily.

A good seafood restaurant right on the Capo d'Orlando seafront. I recommend booking a table outside. It's very beautiful in the evening, especially at sunset. Prices are slightly above average, but the seafood is of high quality. My only advice, if you're a large group, is to avoid ordering a thousand different dishes. After a day at the beach, it's nice to eat here while sipping a good white wine.

The restaurant's atmosphere is deliberately simple and clean, a style that aims to highlight the authenticity of the food and the warmth of the welcome without overdoing it. Making the experience unforgettable is the exceptional staff: a close-knit, friendly, collaborative, and always kind team, who work together like a true family.
Special thanks go to Nino, the owner, who is the soul of the restaurant. His professionalism and kindness are palpable: he is always present in the dining room to welcome guests with a smile, recommend dishes, and ensure everything is perfect.
And here we come to the heart of the experience: the food. The dishes are true works of art, a feast for the eyes even before the palate. Each dish is meticulously crafted, with colors and compositions that showcase the freshness of the ingredients. The flavors are authentic, vibrant, and rooted in Sicilian tradition, revisited with creativity and respect.

I went to I Carusi restaurant one evening with my boyfriend and it was a truly pleasant experience. We dined on the terrace with a splendid sea view, which created a romantic and relaxing atmosphere. The fish was incredibly fresh and perfectly cooked. The staff also deserves special mention: kind, attentive, and very professional. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy an excellent seafood dinner in a charming setting. We'll definitely be back!

A truly wasted opportunity. The food is top-notch, with excellent ingredients and a cuisine that could easily compete with that of a Michelin-starred restaurant. Every dish, when executed correctly, is an explosion of flavor and quality.
The location is equally promising, with attention to detail and an atmosphere that deserves much better service.
Unfortunately, it's the service that ruins the experience: the staff is unprepared, disorganized, and often arrogant. The waiters, though eager, are overwhelmed with too many tasks and fail to provide the care and attention a restaurant of this caliber should offer.
One incident in particular made the evening very disappointing: having a food allergy, I had to have my first course remade three times, yet without a satisfactory result, neither in terms of safety nor taste. In a restaurant like this, allergy management should be a top priority, not a poorly managed inconvenience.
In short: a place with tremendous potential, but one that risks falling into oblivion if it doesn't seriously invest in training and organizing its dining room staff. What a shame.
