We went to spend a Sunday with our family, we left Naples and my son joined us from Rome and we came here because we had heard about this location and its Neapolitan chef Elpidio Di Santo. We had heard great things about this place but believe me it was totally worth it! An appetizer of cured meats and divine hot dishes, the spectacular parmigianina, not to mention the carpaccio and tartare, a carbonara that had to go before the King and for the emperor a Galician weighing 1.2kg for 4 which he sanctioned with baked postate and tiramisu a Sunday at the limits of the legal! Stra arci hyper mega recommended

Very classy, with a touch of football heritage related to AS Roma. Amazing beef steak collection, fresh & chilled, that you can choose from! They are all served 'rare' on the steaming hot grill-plate and the choice of your final taste in been made infront of you. How cool is that! Top class products and fair prices. Atmosphere is country side type, one thing for sure - next visit to Roma we go there again. We paid €300 for two, though we can carry much 😀

17/07/2025: We recently moved here and discovered this place out of necessity. We come here almost every day. The food is excellent, both the pizza and the other dishes. The selection is varied. I have a very positive review of the staff. They are very kind and helpful. They make you feel at home.

24/09/2025: Spectacular location, attentive and top-notch management. A graduation party at Simposio is synonymous with truly unique elegance, courtesy, and professionalism. Comfortable, air-conditioned spaces, delicious food, and exceptional wines and sparkling wines. The best in Rome. Ivano, the owner, is a truly sensitive person and a top-notch professional. 110 cum laude.
13/07/2025: We had a few glasses of wine before dinner at this place and we loved the service and the products. The sommelier served us really well and gave us detailed explanations about the wines. Thank you again for this wonderful experience.
