Brindellone isn't located in the heart of Florence's tourist center, and this is undoubtedly an advantage, given its offerings, prices, and customers.
The atmosphere is refined yet rustic (we were in the room "dedicated" to Florentine football), the waiters were very good, helpful, and friendly, and the food was amazing. We started with a platter of cured meats and Tuscan crostini, and continued with pappa al pomodoro, pappardella with rabbit ragù, and a Florentine steak—all truly excellent in their simplicity. It was all accompanied by a good Chianti and finished with biscotti and vin santo.

A typical Tuscan trattoria not to be missed!
My girlfriend and I had dinner at this trattoria and had an excellent experience. We ordered a Florentine steak with three side dishes: everything was delicious, prepared with quality ingredients and great care. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and very pleasant, helping make the evening even more enjoyable.
For those who want to savor authentic Florentine cuisine, this is a must-visit. Highly recommended!

An authentic Florentine experience!
We went here on the recommendation of friends, and I can say it was one of the best choices I made during my visit to Florence. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and truly authentic: you immediately feel at home, or rather, like a guest in a true Tuscan trattoria!
The menu is a celebration of tradition: I tried the Florentine steak (cooked to perfection, incredibly tender), pappa al pomodoro, stracotto, and peposo. Generous portions and quality ingredients.
The staff is incredibly kind, attentive, but never intrusive.
An authentic, no-frills place where you can truly experience the true Florence. I'll definitely be back!

Went here on a recommendation to try authentic Tuscan cuisine, less touristy.
A true old-fashioned osteria.
I'd say it exceeded all expectations!
The tomato pasta was EXCELLENT, the peposo was also excellent.
Fantastic staff, 100% for hospitality, we'll definitely be back.
There should be more osterias like this!

Delicious food, the warm welcome from the staff, and the location outside the city center, but packed with tourists. I recommend this trattoria to anyone who wants to eat like they're at home. Tagliolini with Bolognese ragù is a delicious dish, and Stracotto alla Fiorentina (a small portion, but very tasty) 😇 🙏

Se siete dalle parti della cappella Brancacci, dovete assolutamente andarci. Trattoria fiorentina dove mangia la gente del posto e quindi segno di autenticità e garanzia. Primi molto buoni così come la carne. Accoglienza super. Consigliatissimo, infatti ci ritornerei volentieri.
