I' barrocciaio In Firenze

We tried the famous Lampredotto in Florence, which looks better in the photo than in real life. Overall, the dish was average, but I'm not a fan of this type of dishes. The tripe was well seasoned and a little spicy. It's worth a try, but I probably won't come back for this particular sandwich. The service lady was very nice.

Stopped here just by chance. Best decision I've made in Florence. Affordable, nice staff and super tasty. Must try

Exquisite place for breakfast. If you wake up without wanting to make decisions, go, Giuseppe knows what you need. Run by parents proud of their son's philology studies in Siena, but even more proud of their sandwich dipped in oil. 100% recommended if you feel like having what a vulture eats for breakfast.

Chiosco al centro di Firenze in Piazza Salvemini. Abbiamo assaggiato il panino con il lampredotto. Molto buono il pranzo e molto accoglienti i proprietari (marito e moglie) che sono molto disponibili al dialogo e accompagnano la preparazione del pranzo con racconti sulla materia prima utilizzata. Il tutto si conclude con un panino buonissimo accompagnato, come consigliato dal mastro, da un bel bicchiere di vino di una cantina toscana. Che dire, tutto favoloso. Torneremo sicuramente. STRA-consigliato.
