After 12 days in Italy this was probably the second or third best meal we’ve had. The pici of wild boar was fantastic, the appetizer (sfagota?) was so good I considered ordering a second and the ravioli were as big as my hand. Wish I had more days in Siena to eat there again!

The Piatti del giorno offer further enhances the already interesting menu. The bruschetta with tomatoes and basil showed the quality of the food. The polenta with Pecorina cheese and truffles was a really good choice of the day. The staff is very friendly.

Away from the crowds, this small local trattoria was just what we were hoping for in our last dinner in Siena. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was casual and comfortable.

We went here for a bite to eat and a glass of wine. The portions and prices are decent. The food was tasty, too. However, the ambiance isn't that great, and the hygiene is probably not that good either. It's okay, but not exactly recommended.

16/10/2025: We got lucky again! We we wandering the streets in Siena checking view points and wall gates etc and we came across this place away from the crowds and a robot started to tell us about the beautiful views available inside. So after checking the menu board we returned for a sunset dinner. It was lovely! The view was beautiful as promised and it was quiet and the food was delicious and unique. We enjoyed the fig and feta and walnut salad, the pork with green apple sauce and green beans with sliced almonds and chili. One of my favourite places I have eaten. Unique and delicious. The staff were friendly, courteous and efficient. And we got to hear the many church bells ringing in the distance while we were there.
11/10/2025: Conveniently open during off hours when most places are closed. Tasty food with a fantastic view over the edge of a cliff back up at the city conveniently close to the Cathedral.
