What an amazing meal
The food was outstanding we had the sea food 4 course menu for 35€ really good value and the cannoli was to die for. The staff were friendly and so helpful one of our party wanted mint tea which the team went out of their way to provide

What can I say... The stalls have become an icon of Iblei's culinary excellence... Fantastic Mood, characterized by a superb and unsurpassed baroque setting!!! This charm, of course, is accentuated when you enter the restaurant as you savor the delicacies of the various courses. Everything you taste will be heavenly!!! Top-notch cuisine!! Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff, futuristic venue!!! Very clean and welcoming. I recommend it to true connoisseurs of the sector and beyond...

Lovely Bistrot owned by Ciccio Sultano - Micheline starred chef from the fine dining Restaurant “Il Duomo” still inside Ragusa.
Basically you get an amazing meal, without having to spend 100-150€.

Very good restaurant, located just behind the Duomo, first courses (we tried the norma and spaghetti with bottarga) were excellent, as were the appetizers and second courses. The only flaw was the service, although friendly, a bit confusing with many errors.

Recommended by friends, we decided to book at I Banchi. Our expectations were met in terms of the food, excellent value, and quality ingredients. Both seafood and meat dishes were available. The only downside was the service: with a €3.50 cover charge, we wouldn't have expected to eat at a table without a tablecloth, and the staff wasn't up to par with the restaurant (except for the guy taking orders). Nonetheless, highly recommended.

We went there for lunch, and they served me a completely burned focaccia. I had a spritz, and it was undrinkable. The bathrooms were dirty and without water. I definitely wouldn't recommend it.

I had dinner at this restaurant with friends, and we chose to try the tasting menu. I chose the fish one.
The portions of each course aren't generous; they're just samples of the dishes available à la carte.
Before dinner, we were served some olive oil to taste with their homemade bread: a great start!
My absolute favorite part of the dinner was the pasta with tuna bottarga. The sardines appetizer was also very good and flavorful, but we would have preferred a little less sauce for the octopus, which was served as a main course.
The ricotta cannoli was a perfect end to a delicious dinner: crispy wafer and not overly sweet ricotta. Perfect!
We'll definitely be back to try new dishes!

Not only did we eat well there
But this restaurant reconnected us with the quality of the service and the Sicilian welcome
Bravo to the service, the care, the joie de vivre, and the dynamism of the pretty and enchanting lady who served us (even though we were a group of 20 and she managed it perfectly).

Inspiriert durch die Suche im Michelin Führer sind wir auf dieses Restaurant aufmerksam geworden.
Vorab das positive, unbedingt lohnenswert der Besuch von Ragusa. Das IBanchi liegt dort zentral in einem wunderschönen alten Gebäude mit Tradition.
Das Restaurant hat seinen eigenen positiven Charme. Hinsichtlich der Menüs und der gesamten Speisekarte hatten wir aber eine andere, höhere, Erwartungshaltung.
Es ist eine sizilianische inspirierte Küche, die ein gewisses Maß an Kreativität hat. Aber nicht annähernd etwas mit Sterneniveau. Trotzdem alles lecker und dazu dann auch ein richtig gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhltnis.
Der Service ist auf dem gleichen Niveau.

Solo unas pocas mesas ocupadas por lo que nos sentaron a todos en la ante - habitación justo al lado de la tienda en lugar de la zona de comedor mucho mejor. Agradable camarero; menú engorroso y carta de vinos todo hecho a través de QR así que ni idea de lo que pasa si no tienes un teléfono inteligente.
La comida era mixta: una pasta de marisco era buena mientras que una siciliana era pesada en la pasta de tomate y no mucho más. Dos huéspedes tenían pescado que les gustó mucho, pero un cerdo glaseado era simplemente aburrido.
La impresión general fue de muy poco esfuerzo realizado por el dinero, y muy poca preocupación sobre si alguien vendría por segunda vez.
