I didn't feel the infinite cleanliness and hygiene like in other hotels I booked on Booking. There are many misleading, campaign photos there that have nothing to do with the hotel. You could park on the street if you could find a parking space. Communication was a bit difficult. The breakfast was sparse, only the bakery was delicious. There is nothing interesting in the village.

I stayed one night at this hotel with a full-board package and one hour of access to the wellness area. The building and the room are quite small, but overall well-maintained and welcoming. The staff was friendly and helpful, a definite plus that contributed to a pleasant stay. The restaurant also offers decent cuisine, not particularly exceptional but still satisfying. Breakfast was a sore point: at 10:00 on Sunday, the buffet was practically empty. Only a slice of cake, a few tubs of yogurt, and a few pieces of pineapple remained. Everything else (eggs, bacon, croissants) had run out and was not replenished. When asked for an explanation, the simple answer was, "It's 10:00 after all," which I consider unsuitable for this type of service. The wellness area was also disappointing, described as being much more inviting than it actually is. The space is very small: a small hot tub (with water not changed between guests), a shower, and a tiny sauna, more like a closet than a true relaxation area. Furthermore, the presence of a used glass of herbal tea on the table doesn't convey a good impression of care and hygiene. Overall, the experience was pleasant, especially thanks to the courtesy of the staff and the proximity to the lakefront, which makes for a pleasant and romantic stay. However, there are several areas for improvement, particularly the breakfast service and the honesty in describing the wellness area, which currently resembles a "large bathroom" rather than a true spa.

One night stay over Easter. Simple hotel but with very nice rooms. Very comfortable bed and pillows! The room was clean upon our arrival. The room overlooks the lake and the main road. But with double windows, it's very quiet. The only downside is no hot water in the shower. Breakfast wasn't anything special, so it was good. Tea, coffee, and cappuccino machines. Cakes and pastries. Eggs and bacon. Etc. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent for a weekend.

A small but very nice and well-kept hotel. Despite being on the main road, it's quiet and well-insulated. The stairs are a bit narrow, but there's an elevator. The rooms are spacious, well-heated in the winter, and simply furnished, including a minibar and a small sofa. The bed was very spacious and comfortable, with two pillows per person; we slept very well. The bathroom was a good size, with a bidet and a large shower. We really appreciated the small spa: a sauna for two people, a large and comfortable whirlpool, a shower, two loungers, and a tea and herbal tea corner (please note, there is no en-suite bathroom). Reservations are required for exclusive use for one hour. The free bike rental service for exploring the town is excellent; helmets are also provided. Breakfast offers a good selection of sweet and savory options, including gluten-free options. Dinner offers a choice of a vegetable buffet, a starter buffet, a main course buffet, pizzas, or an à la carte menu (not included in the price). The late check-out was convenient, allowing us to have breakfast and a bike ride before leaving. The internal parking lot is small and requires reservation, but there's a free parking lot nearby. Conveniently located for exploring Salò and Gardone, the prices are fair for the service offered. It's a Happy Hotel certified hotel, with a focus on job placement for disadvantaged people and social and solidarity goals.
