Excellent experience: the staff were truly exceptional, especially in the kitchen. The cuisine was simple and meticulously prepared. A significant plus: the drinks are made of glass. Another plus is the beach right in front: just cross the street. Update: I was delighted to return to this establishment and found everything I had appreciated last year. It was truly wonderful to rediscover simple, authentic, carefully prepared cuisine, rich in authentic flavors that are not always easy to find today. A particular pleasure was rediscovering Michele's cuisine, which I had already appreciated during my previous stay and which continues to be of the highest quality. I also greatly appreciated the conversation with the owners: their conversations are never banal, but always interesting and enjoyable to listen to. A special thanks to Maria, for her kindness, helpfulness, and ability to make guests feel at home. When good food, sincere hospitality, and a family atmosphere come together, returning becomes a true pleasure.
