Excellent location in the center of Santa Caterina near the ski slopes and also for mountain bike lovers like me where you can find trails to ride in the summer and also in the snow with fat bikes in the winter.

A bit pricey, there was some misinformation about extras, such as the cost of wine for dinner. €64 a bottle, which the waiter didn't specify. She could have said a little more considering the cost of the stay. Everything could have been perfect. Anyway, a nice, well-kept place. Dinner and breakfast were good, I'd say.

We ate here for lunch: tagliatelle with venison sauce very good, fresh homemade pasta

Positive: Centrally located in Santa Caterina. Half board / food is really good. Very good for mountain bikers: bike room, workshop, car wash, spare parts, rental bikes, shuttle service can be booked, free laundry service, tour tips, etc. Good for motorcyclists. Elevator in the hotel. Cozy decor in the restaurant, with many authentic antiques. Neutral: The rooms, beds, and bathroom/shower are a bit small, but OK. A bit limited on-site parking. The hotel is a bit older, but OK. Some rooms face the street and are therefore a bit noisy with the window open. "Not so good": Although smoking is prohibited in the hotel, there is a smell of smoke at times. Someone is smoking in the hotel. The smell permeates the hallways and sometimes even reaches the rooms. That's not very pleasant. Overall, though, it's recommended for athletes and motorcyclists. I can't comment on staying during the ski season.
