Very welcoming, family-friendly place. The food and desserts are delicious. Clean rooms. The cable car and chairlift are very close to the hotel.

We only used the restaurant for lunch. The staff were very friendly and the dining room was beautiful. The appetizers and main courses were very good, and desserts and coffee were average. Prices were typical for Macugnaga. I would return.

Wonderful vacation. The owner was kind, helpful, and friendly, as was all the staff. Breakfast was varied, with fresh cakes every day, fruit salad, savory dishes, fruit juices... all very good. The dishes were carefully prepared and truly delicious, with a wide selection ranging from meat to fish every day. You can request variations or additions to the menu. The wooden rooms are clean and equipped with every comfort. I repeat: the owner was truly attentive to our every request, very kindly.
