Excellent service from the waiters, very kind and attentive even with children. For the little ones there is a bib and cup with plate and cutlery on the table ♡ We ate wonderfully and given that it's good value for money we'll be happy to return. Go ahead like this!

Beautiful location, excellent welcome and service. Excellent dishes and prices in line. Happy to have "fallen back" on this restaurant following the two of spades received from many other restaurants in Cogne which, despite obviously not being fully booked, claimed to be.

Rifugio Chaligne

04/02/2025: "Summer" refuge well managed by the affable and friendly owners. Typical Aosta Valley cuisine with excellent dishes and excellent desserts (the Chaligne cake in particular!!!). Comfortable rooms.... And a couple of "Sky boxes" to admire the starry sky. Easy to reach via the farm road either on foot or by bicycle. In addition to the cows from the nearby mountain pasture, there are some alpacas used as walking companions. Must visit!!!
12/01/2025: Last summer I stayed at this Rifugio in one of the Starsboxes. A great experience.
