02/02/2025: The dishes are good and refined, but the portions are too small. The place is interesting, minimal but the lighting is excessively soft and does not shed light on the tables. The staff was helpful and kind. The sore points were certainly the biblical waiting times and the price of the menu (3 mini dishes) which in my opinion is not justified. For these reasons I don't feel like recommending it

15/01/2025: The location is really nice and elegant, with a pleasant atmosphere that immediately strikes you. The menu presents interesting proposals, with particular dishes and surprising flavours, capable of arousing curiosity and satisfying the palate. Unfortunately, the service was the weak point of the experience. Although the staff was very kind, they were not sufficiently trained. When I asked about the dishes included in the Tasting Menu, two staff members were unable to give me a clear answer. After some uncertainty, I was told that the dishes would be chosen from the à la carte proposal, but this indication turned out to be inaccurate: one of the dishes served was part of an unmarked off-menu item. In a restaurant of this level, I expect to know precisely what will be served, so that I can make informed choices in line with my tastes. Despite the overall positive experience, this lack of clarity leads me not to consider a return in the future.
