Oggi abbiamo pranzato in questo ristorante, molto curato ed elegante. Non sono in grado di dire cosa mi sia piaciuto di più perchè tutte le portate sono state all'altezza delle aspettative. Locali climatizzati, personale gentile ed attento. Esperienza da ripetere.

Arriving in Torgiano at lunchtime we stopped at the restaurant of the Siro hotel. We couldn't have made a better choice: courtesy and helpfulness of the staff who found us a reserved table (we had our little dog with us) so that we could feel comfortable and not bother anyone. Delicious and plentiful food (butcher's platter, earthworms with garlic and citrus and truffle risotto), very attentive service and decidedly competitive prices (€63 including house wine, lemon sorbets with berries and coffee).

Excellent cuisine. The lombricini with tomato and garlic are amazing. Local meat with great taste. The staff is friendly.

We stayed in the other structure of the same property (the golden bunch) but we came here for the restaurant. What can I say, spectacular, only the desserts (all artisanal) are worth the visit, also satisfied with the other courses, crispy and non-greasy fried foods, genuine meat and vegetables, good wine list and craft beers, courteous service and a more than reasonable price for the quality offered. Nice room with panoramic view.

da tanti anni che non tornavo da Siro a mangiare, devo dire che rispetto al passato il locale ha avuto un'evoluzione, propinando piatti piu' elaborati ... ed a mio avviso perdendo il fascino di 10-15 anni fa' quando era un punto di riferimento della vera cucina umbra godereccia . Piatti nella media senza eccellenze.

19/11/2024: Siamo stati a cena in questo Ristorante accogliente e dai pochi coperti, quindi poca confusione e servizio pronto e presente per ogni necessità. Lo Staff estremamente gentile e sincero sui tempi di attesa. Abbiamo mangiato bene e pagato il giusto. Consigliamo di provarlo.
09/11/2024: Stasera a cena , Francesca ci ha fatto accomodare senza aver prenotato e si è resa subito disponibile come tutto il suo staff, ottima cucina dagli antipasti fino al dolce, vi consiglio un' anatra all' arancia che per essere una ricetta anni 80 qui se li porta ancora benissimo. Tappa obbligatoria sia a pranzo che a cena. Complimenti a tutti
