Quality cuisine, tastefully served, and typical Umbrian dishes. The welcoming and intimate setting makes you feel like you're having Sunday lunch at home. Excellent service: attentive, friendly, and polite, but never intrusive.

The cuisine at Siro's restaurant expertly showcases the region. All dishes are based on quality products and ingredients from this part of Umbria, which are expertly transformed in the kitchen, delighting the palate. We're in a boutique hotel that has created an atmosphere that I find very inspiring and welcoming due to its uniqueness. I won't describe it further; you have to try it. The rooms are simple and very welcoming; they're spacious, clean, warm, and the bed is incredibly comfortable. The breakfast is perfect. For me, it's a must-try when I visit Umbria.

We went on a Friday evening while they were staying at Borgo Brufa. The waiters were very friendly, everything was delicious, and the atmosphere was great. I recommend the wild boar stew with torta al testo and the prosciutto with torta al testo.

We visited this restaurant for lunch. The dining room is beautiful and welcoming. The menu is excellent, but we were honestly expecting a little more flavor. We enjoyed some of the first courses (pappardelle with wild boar, cappellacci with pumpkin), but others were less so. The same was true after enjoying the second courses. The wait staff was courteous, attentive, and very fast. Definitely worth trying again!

I had lunch at the hotel's restaurant... TOP! Truly 10 out of 10! A family-friendly dining room, very kind staff, and I ate deliciously! I would have stayed for dinner too!

On vacation with friends. The place is always packed. The food is truly excellent, starting with the appetizers... The fried artichokes are delicious! I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area! Highly recommended.

Well-prepared dishes, but the flavors fell short of expectations. The earthworms with bacon and pecorino cheese flakes were flavorless, and were also served with tomato sauce (not specified on the menu). The guinea fowl was very tender but a bit bland. When paying with the POS, a €5 surcharge was added to the bill, a mistake that was corrected immediately after pointing it out (but is it really a mistake if it's made with two customers in a row?). Truly positive: the atmosphere was very refined and the service extremely kind and welcoming. Considering the dining experience, I wouldn't return.

23/02/2026: One of the best restaurants of my life!! I went for dinner with my family, there were four of us. The place is very refined and elegant, and the waiters and staff in general are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We started with a tasting of their bread and olive oil, and a welcome drink, which was a vegetable soup. The bread was warm and soft, and the vegetable soup was excellent. Then we had three appetizers: a saddle of ham with focaccia and pineapple, an egg with parmesan and truffle, and a pumpkin pie with amaretti biscuits and sausage, and everything was truly delicious. Then we moved on to the main courses, two ducks with pumpkin sauce and a veal cheek with wine reduction. The meat was incredibly tender, cooked to perfection, and the pairings were excellent. We finished the evening with a dark chocolate parfait, three chocolate and chili crumbles, and a persimmon mousse. I think they were the best desserts of my life. For drinks, we had two glasses of red wine and water. The total bill was €270. I will definitely be back, highly recommended!!
