Really great experience! A refined style venue with soft tones, a hint of elegance and welcoming. The initial service was slightly slow but I overlooked it due to the friendliness and kindness. And anyway then he recovered 4. The food is great. A different seafood salad than usual, I was impressed by the balance 4.5. Good oysters but I'm not a connoisseur. A guitar string with clams. In my humble opinion perfect 4.5 stars. Grilled cuttlefish delicious 4.5 stars.

Sosta strategica tornando dalla Puglia verso Bologna. Molto vicino all’ autostrada. Personale gentile e rapido. Ottima la chitarra allo scoglio, buona la frittura. Conto giusto. Consigliato il guazzetto.

27/05/2025: Very pleasant discovery in the small town of Palombaro, very friendly owner. A very welcome Prosecco and not covered in TNT, good appetizers with excellent quality products with local cheeses enhanced by a zero meter honey (beekeeper about 10 meters away). Mixed roast with good and abundant meat (with one we ate for two), very good fried potatoes, the roasted ones were normal; all served with a bottle of wine to match. Finally, the pizza doce is highly recommended, a typical Abruzzo dessert that few can make well, theirs is fresh and well made. Price largely in line with the norm for the quality of food and service. Recommended
05/05/2025: we stayed here after a hike in the Fara San Martino gorges. It's not easy to get to, but it's definitely worth it, to enjoy traditional food, at fair prices, served with an authentic smile. Both the Vrache del Mule and the top desserts passed with flying colors!
