We tried the restaurant for lunch. The tagliatelle and tagliata were excellent. The semifreddo was worth trying. It should be chosen just for Merlino's courtesy and friendliness. I'll be back.

A true classic for Castel d'Aiano. The hotel is affordable but clean and more than decent. The restaurant is phenomenal. It's just a shame that almost nothing remains in Castel d'Aiano, so it's recommended for everyone, but only for short stays or longer stays for older people who want to escape the summer heat of the city during the warmest months.

I arrived practically at closing time, was greeted kindly, and despite the hour, I had a choice of several courses, good food, and efficient, fast, and friendly service. I'll definitely be back.

We were there for dinner. Pizzas were very good, prices fair, very good atmosphere, very cold beers and friendly and efficient service. It was at a walking distance from the D'Aiano Guesthouse

13/10/2025: This is a world class bar dressed up as a cozy neighborhood joint. Drinks and bar food are impeccable.
06/10/2025: Incredible cocktails, amazing atmosphere and great food. The barkeep Nikola is a magician and a master at his craft. Sitting at the bar is like watching fireworks. Cinnamon!!!
