The hotel is in a beautiful panoramic location, surrounded by greenery. The prices are fair, the breakfast is good, and the rooms are spacious enough. The property could use some updating, but for a short stay at this price, it's more than adequate, especially considering the beautiful setting.

An ideal place for exploring the surrounding area; we stayed one night on our way to Puglia. Beautiful views, friendly and helpful staff, and kudos to the restaurant for the excellent dinner.

17/06/2025: Service was tolerable, I had ice cream, it was so sweet that I was completely glued to it. It didn't contain any trace of Italian ice cream.

Pizzeria La Scaletta

02/09/2025: A historic pizzeria in Ascoli Piceno, with friendly staff and excellent pizzas. Their special Gran'Aria dough is a must-try.
29/06/2025: A beautiful, comfortable and welcoming place. Impeccable service. Kind and qualified staff. Air conditioning, the cleaning of the tables and the place is very well taken care of. Excellent pizzas and really fair prices. I recommend it.
