FROM CIORI What can I say? Excellent family-run service with impeccable cuisine. Excellent cleaning! Very good cuisine with well prepared dishes! Strong dish in my opinion: pigeon and pig! Courtesy and simplicity make it one of the places to make a permanent stop on the Asiago plateau

My partner and I had the opportunity to have lunch at this restaurant and the experience was very positive. The dishes are well executed and the wine list is well stocked. Attentive and courteous service. We did not stay in the hotel.

I stayed in this hotel for 1 week and the experience was excellent. The place is charming, intimate and quiet, located a few minutes drive from Asiago and Gallio. The staff is very kind, welcoming and available for any eventuality. The room is well equipped with various comforts and clean. Much appreciated that the staff came every morning to clean the rooms, something not everyone does. Truly excellent value for money. Really highly recommended place whether you want to spend a few nights or for a longer stay.

Abbiamo provato questo ristorante ieri per pranzo e siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti. L'ambiente è semplice ed informale, il personale gentile e la cucina davvero genuina e di livello. Abbiamo assaggiato diversi piatti fra antipasti, primi e secondi, e tutti ci hanno davvero soddisfatto (menzione per la tosela alla piastra, piatto semplice, ma la più buona che abbia mangiato finora). Conto giusto per quanto mangiato.

10/01/2025: La Carta è molto varia e quanto a prodotti, la stagione viene sempre rispettata. Scegliamo un Risotto di Zucca e Tartufo lamellato fresco dei Colli attorno a Vicenza (Berici), è cremoso dall’amalgama con Grana eccellente; poi il sig. Daniele ci ha preparato una Tacchinella disossata farcita alle Castagne, tenera e saporita da una leggera demi-glace, adagiata su un letto di Verdure cotte. A chiudere uno Strudel caldo di Mela Renetta.. da sogno. Vini consigliati e piaciuti. Rapporto qualità prezzo davvero vincente. Servizio veloce, sempre bravi!
