High quality on the plateau! Excellent cuisine with a high-end menu. The fresh pasta was exceptional, but even the pigeon surprised me. Friendly service. Highly recommended.

The restaurant is barely visible from the street, with limited seating. The menu is traditional and offers generous dishes. Friendly and helpful staff. A must-try.

Five stars are not enough. I've never dined at the same restaurant five consecutive nights before. Despite not staying at the hotel and having a perfectly working car, we spent five days on the plateau, five evenings always dining with the Ciori sisters and brothers (Giuseppina and Domenico in the kitchen, Paola and Sandra in the dining room, Nicola at the bar and in the grocery store). The dishes were prepared with professionalism and attention, the menu was extensive and captivating, the wine list excellent, the staff friendly and courteous, and the prices were more than reasonable. Five excellent dinners, a wonderful experience. In fact, excellent. Definitely worth repeating, as soon as possible. Thank you, and please don't change.

Excellent welcome, cozy and clean rooms, excellent location to reach the various routes, one even starts right from the hotel. I really liked the breakfast, it is not a buffet, but the customer orders from the waitress what he wants, so it is more hygienic and above all there is no food waste. The restaurant offers dishes à la carte, and from what I tasted I must say that I was very happy, excellent service.
