Hotel Restaurant Su Gunventeddu In Pula

We spent four nights at this hotel and were very excited about our stay – especially because of the promising pictures, which raised high expectations. We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful rooms, the comfortable and wide bed, and the quiet location of the hotel. The breakfast was good, and we particularly appreciated the attentive coffee lady, who always provided a friendly welcome throughout the morning. We also greatly appreciated the free parking and the opportunity to borrow bicycles for free. The staff was generally helpful. The check-in process, however, was less convincing: it was quite impersonal and offered little information – the receptionist was apparently busy listening to a voice message while we arrived. Although the hotel itself is beautifully located, the beach isn't directly next to the hotel, and loungers there cost extra. There were also some functional issues in the room: there were very few hooks, no shelf in the shower, and the electrical outlets were unpleasantly bright at night. Our room was right next to the reception, which was very acoustically disturbing – you could hear every word. It was also somewhat disappointing that the online pictures promised more than the hotel actually delivered. The selection of snacks and drinks was very limited, and there's definitely room for improvement here – alternatively, guests could be allowed to bring their own drinks and snacks to the pool. Overall, we had a pleasant time, but the reality unfortunately didn't quite live up to our high expectations. The value for money wasn't quite right.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff is extremely helpful and friendly! They organize everything for us and take great care of us. They arranged a rental car for us. There are plenty of bicycles available free of charge! The rooms, even the standard rooms, are wonderful! Breakfast is always excellent! We'll be back! If you like smaller hotels, this is perfect.

Absolutely fantastic. My husband and I stayed at this hotel for the first time, unfortunately only for one night. It was the best hotel I've stayed in so far. The room with a balcony was very clean and modern. The service was super friendly and very helpful, and the breakfast had everything you could wish for. I would love to come back and unfortunately can only give this hotel 5 stars (10 out of 10 from me). Best regards, Sabine and Andreas

Close to the beach, nice option with bicycles, nice breakfasts, non-invasive service, it's a pity that the hotel check-in ends so early.

Modern, well-kept hotel with a Mediterranean atmosphere and a beautiful garden with olive trees. The rooms are large and comfortable, the cleaning is thorough. The staff very courteous and attentive. Breakfast with a wide choice of sweet and savory. The archaeological site of Nora can also be reached on foot or by bicycle (provided by the hotel free of charge). There are beautiful beaches nearby

Great place! We were there before the season, peace and quiet. Very nice service. Hotel cosmetics have wonderful scents! You can order a massage on site. Delicious breakfast, service with a smile, I suggest additional coffee. You can rent bikes for free - in the area. You can make a nice trip for 3 hours.
