Hotel Restaurant Su Gunventeddu In Pula

We stayed at the NoHa for two weeks and can thoroughly recommend it. We were impressed by the following: the attentiveness and friendliness of the reception, the breakfast staff, and the housekeeping. The rooms were very clean and were cleaned thoroughly every day. The breakfast buffet was very extensive and fresh. Even though the hotel isn't directly on the sea, a very nice and clean beach is a 3-5 minute walk away. This is a very sore spot for me in hotels, but the bed is very comfortable and the pillows are too, and I always woke up refreshed in the morning. The pool was very well-maintained and clean; glass was not allowed near the pool, and there were plenty of comfortable loungers. The Wi-Fi was fast and uninterrupted. There are free parking spaces and free bicycles available for use. Unfortunately, there are still some points that would have made the stay perfect: The rooms are very noisy, especially towards the hallway. The balcony lighting, which couldn't be dimmed or turned off, attracted annoying insects and made it impossible to sleep with the window open. However, there was a blackout curtain to darken the room. There's too little storage space for clothes, and too few hooks in the bathroom (e.g., there's only one hook for a bath towel). Actually, this would be more of a 4-star rating for us than a 5-star rating, but since the staff was so helpful and everything else was great, we're giving it 5 stars.

A lovely, small and very clean hotel. The rooms are practical and modern, the bed is large and very comfortable, and the bathroom is a bit small but functional. There could be more hooks available. There's a safe and kettle, as well as a small, well-stocked fridge (drinks are available for a fee). The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast has everything you need. The beach and sea are a short walk across the street. The hotel's own pool with loungers is very pleasant and, above all, quiet. You'll also be provided with a beach towel for the duration of your stay; if you need a change, you pay a small fee. The hotel is somewhat remote, so a car is a plus for driving into Pula for dinner. Bicycles are also available from the hotel. Two or three restaurants are also within easy walking distance.

Unfortunately, compared to other hotels, it's completely overpriced. The pictures exaggerate a lot. Even the much-praised breakfast was just so-so for us. Especially since the seating isn't really nice. Everything is uncomfortable and spartanly furnished. This is also reflected in the unkempt parking lot, which has no ideas. The really nice ladies at reception and the free bike rental are great. Our room is modern, but it lacks thoughtfulness. No hooks, etc. The location, for which the hotel can't be blamed, is honestly not very nice either. Yes, we do have a view of the sea, over the hotel's tin roof and the artificial turf on the sailing club's beach. Not to be repeated again: it's far too expensive for that. We and other guests were disappointed.

The overall experience at the Noha Hotel was fine. The rooms are beautifully designed, and the pleasant room fragrance is truly a positive feature. The hotel grounds themselves are well-maintained, but rather unspectacular. The work is particularly good, particularly with regard to cleanliness and waste disposal. However, more attention could be paid to details in the landscaping (e.g., weeds in the pool area, hedge trimming). The main reason for this review, however, is our experience with the spa. My partner and I each booked a 60-minute massage. While my massage lasted the full 60 minutes, my partner was back in the room after about 40 minutes. We reported this directly to the reception desk. On our day of departure (September 24, 2025), we still had to pay full price for both massages. The staff member simply responded to our complaint by arguing that the price was always the same. A concession, a brief explanation, or at least an apology would have made a big difference – unfortunately, this was completely absent. We'll definitely visit Pula again, but not at the Noha Hotel. What a shame.

We spent four nights at this hotel and were very excited about our stay – especially because of the promising pictures, which raised high expectations. We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful rooms, the comfortable and wide bed, and the quiet location of the hotel. The breakfast was good, and we particularly appreciated the attentive coffee lady, who always provided a friendly welcome throughout the morning. We also greatly appreciated the free parking and the opportunity to borrow bicycles for free. The staff was generally helpful. The check-in process, however, was less convincing: it was quite impersonal and offered little information – the receptionist was apparently busy listening to a voice message while we arrived. Although the hotel itself is beautifully located, the beach isn't directly next to the hotel, and loungers there cost extra. There were also some functional issues in the room: there were very few hooks, no shelf in the shower, and the electrical outlets were unpleasantly bright at night. Our room was right next to the reception, which was very acoustically disturbing – you could hear every word. It was also somewhat disappointing that the online pictures promised more than the hotel actually delivered. The selection of snacks and drinks was very limited, and there's definitely room for improvement here – alternatively, guests could be allowed to bring their own drinks and snacks to the pool. Overall, we had a pleasant time, but the reality unfortunately didn't quite live up to our high expectations. The value for money wasn't quite right.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff is extremely helpful and friendly! They organize everything for us and take great care of us. They arranged a rental car for us. There are plenty of bicycles available free of charge! The rooms, even the standard rooms, are wonderful! Breakfast is always excellent! We'll be back! If you like smaller hotels, this is perfect.

Absolutely fantastic. My husband and I stayed at this hotel for the first time, unfortunately only for one night. It was the best hotel I've stayed in so far. The room with a balcony was very clean and modern. The service was super friendly and very helpful, and the breakfast had everything you could wish for. I would love to come back and unfortunately can only give this hotel 5 stars (10 out of 10 from me). Best regards, Sabine and Andreas
