We're from North Tyrol and love going to South Tyrol for meals! Schaurhof is really great; we had a lovely meal, and there was a fantastic playground and indoor playroom for the kids! The food was amazing and the prices were great!
We'll definitely be back – we've already made a reservation for a big party! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Even though we booked directly through the hotel, and received an email we would have free slides we still have to pay for them, because the hotel didn't provide us the voucher we had to have. Kids menu is unfortunately something I wouldn't recommend. Pasta bolognese with just one spoon of sauce. We did ask for more, and got it, but if we haven't it would be just a bit of colored pasta. Nuggets and croquettes were burned and inedible. Such a shame.

We went there for dinner on Christmas Day evening. I reserved a table on a whim from Germany, and we weren't disappointed; the food was delicious. We'd love to come back.

This family-run hotel, just minutes from the center of Vipiteno and the Rosskopf slopes, offers spacious, always clean and well-maintained rooms, as are all the common areas and the sauna.
In addition to the friendliness of the entire staff, the hotel stands out for its excellent cuisine, both included in the half-board and à la carte options, featuring traditional dishes and more modern options.
The hotel has convenient parking and is also well-served by public transportation.
Highly recommended for families.

Fantastic! Abundant breakfast, a wide selection of sweet and savory dishes, including gluten-free options. Dinner was peaceful, plentiful, and of high quality! A spa area is included with your stay, and in your room you'll find a nice binder with all the information you might need. A strategic location.

I stayed one night at the main hotel as a business traveler. The price was reasonable, the dinner was delicious, and the breakfast was excellent.

This is a lovely, family run hotel and you can see that in the attention to detail.
Its a little outside Sterzing, but up a bit in the mountains with a fab view, especially the next morning when we walked out of the hotel to discover snow on the mountain tops. We had a big room (the sofa could have been used for 2 kids) and everything was super clean. The small sauna area was a very welcome surprise after a long car journey.
And the food! Wow! I took the 'Surprise Menu' in the evening which is literally what it says. I was asked what I most definitely wouldn't like to eat, but after that I had no clue what I was getting. It did not disappoint! The breakfast was gorgeous too, with lots of fresh fruit and fresh local eggs. All yum!
