Hotel & Restaurant Pahor In Doberdò del lago

Amazing place. Well located near the wine region and beaches. Great service and amazing food. Nice pool and gym with nearby running paths.

A very clean and pleasant hotel. The rooms with balconies are a bit noisier than the rooms without balconies at the back due to the through traffic. The guesthouse across the side street is particularly recommended, with its heated pool and unobstructed views of the hilly landscape. The breakfast buffet has something for everyone. The evening meals are particularly excellent.

My husband and I stayed two nights at this hotel to visit Trieste and Slovenia. We found it well-kept and clean. The staff were kind, especially the girl at the reception (I think the owner's daughter) who was able to give us various information and directions on places to visit. On the second night, due to my husband's neck problems, we asked for a harder pillow and they immediately worked to get it for us! Good breakfast (only flaw, I've found better ones especially for variety). I can't judge the restaurant having never eaten in a hotel, but the environment is warm and welcoming. Recommended

We came to enjoy a long weekend at the Pahor hotel in a double room. Before our arrival the staff was responsive and answered all our questions. On arrival, the welcome was impeccable. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, spacious and the bed very comfortable. A buffet breakfast with quality ingredients, a charming setting. We had the chance to eat at the restaurant on Saturday evening, perfect and friendly service and high quality cuisine, with a special mention for the scorpionfish which was excellent. The location of the hotel is ideal, quiet in nature but close to all amenities and large cities (Grado, Gorizia, Trieste) and Trieste airport. We had an ideal romantic stay. A big thank you to the hotel staff, everyone was lovely. We recommend with your eyes closed :)

We booked this property because it was ideal for visiting Gorizia, the Karst and the coastal area between Monfalcone and Trieste. We had a great time. Very kind staff, good food, rich breakfast and spacious rooms. It wasn't summer, so we couldn't enjoy the pool but... we want to return.
