Hotel & Restaurant Pahor In Doberdò del lago

I usually wait a few weeks before reviewing a place but this time I decided to share my experience while I'm still staying at the hotel. The room is spacious with a classic style and full of every comfort (including kettle and tea!), comfortable bed and impeccably clean room. Water pressure like at home and hot water arrives quickly without problems. There is also a large private car park on site. Friendly and helpful staff, absolutely delicious! I really love Italian places rich in foreign influences, I find that the people of these places are much more open and warm than those you meet in other regions and it is precisely this warm and welcoming atmosphere that I found at the Pahor hotel. The menu of their restaurant is full of enveloping proposals whose flavor warms your heart (it may be that the first cold weather has begun outside, but the pumpkin soup really regenerated me). The desserts are exceptional, the panna cotta and the pear both went well beyond my expectations, but also the pastry biscuits that I found at breakfast were a joy for a greedy person like me. In short, I have nothing but nice words for this business and its genuine staff, I'm really happy to have chosen you!
