Close your eyes for a moment. Here you are on a grand tour of Italy at the end of the 19th century and you have come to this inn with a kitchen. This evening you will have a spectacular dinner, but you don't know it yet. Jokes aside, we are talking about a one-star hotel but for courtesy and cleanliness, if you are satisfied, it deserves 5 stars and the restaurant is a superlative classic. And anyway the bed was more comfortable than some 4 star hotels😂

On my vacation, this is the best restaurant in this hotel that I have eaten at. The pasta was delicious and the red sparkling wine! lambrosio wine. It is very different from my country, here it feels fresher.

Everything excellent! Owners and staff welcome you in a family atmosphere. From the appetizer of cured meats, anolini, trio of tortelli, boiled meats and sauces, roasts, up to the dessert trolley where we find traditional proposals and the fantastic Duchess cake!! What can I say, highly recommended!!

Restaurant with a family atmosphere but of great professionalism where everything, absolutely EVERYTHING,
- from the cured meats of the appetizer, through the excellent first courses (exceptional tortelli!) and then the boiled and roasted meats accompanied by the various homemade sauces - it is truly exceptional. A special mention to OLGA's desserts. We were celebrating a birthday and all 15 guests from Parma gave more than positive feedback. Definitely a place to bring friends from out of town and foreigners too ❤️

Locale affiancato all’albergo omonimo, piuttosto modesto nell’insieme. Mangiare qui è tornare indietro nel tempo, quando Parma era la regina della cucina emiliana.
Tutti piatti della tradizione, bollito compreso (una delizia per il palato, ma anche per la vista) accompagnato da una mostarda che neanche a Cremona se la sognano.
Che dire di più consigliatissimo.
