I don't know about the hotel, but I went there for dinner. It's a quaint place where you can eat their cured meats, hand-sliced ​​to order. The tortelli are truly superb. The boiled meats, the roasts...not to mention the dessert tray...a super delight! In short, a place for traditional, typical cuisine. The only flaw, unfortunately, is that the dishes arrived far apart, and one of us had to wait for the other...and when we pointed this out, he, looking a little annoyed, replied that we needed to be patient. No, that's not what you do!!!

Highly recommended for everyone, but especially for those who want to try traditional Parma cuisine! Delicious, plentiful, and reasonably priced meals. 08/10/2025: Discovered by chance while driving to the Salti di Diavolo on the way back to Parma. A wonderful place for a quick break with a glass of wine 🍷 or something... if everything's as good as the bruscette, then congratulations... highly recommended if it's on your route.
25/09/2025: Great little shack "in the middle of nowhere". Super friendly staff and really good food for a place of the beaten path.

25/01/2026: I hope it was a fluke, because on Tuesday evening... but shrimp cooked in salt from frozen and with uncleaned guts shouldn't be served. If they weren't ready on the line, it's better to say they're sold out. Friendly service, quiet atmosphere. I'll be back to try something else. No hard feelings.
