Highly recommended for everyone, but especially for those who want to try traditional Parma cuisine! Delicious, plentiful, and reasonably priced meals. A must-try: the bollito misto served from the cart. The restaurant is simple and family-friendly. The service, as is typical for people from Romagna, is very friendly.

Returning after several years, we were a bit disappointed. The first courses were good. The appetizers were decent, but it's a shame there was no culatello or culaccia. The boiled meats were mediocre, and the desserts were poor. The sweet and sour onions were excellent.

I went to the restaurant the day before yesterday. It was an end-of-course dinner, so there were 20 of us, and we all left feeling very satisfied. The place has a very elegant aesthetic, the feeling of being in your grandmother's kitchen—welcoming and well-mannered. They leave you a little unsure of what you'll eat there, but as soon as you're served the appetizers: boom! Excellent quality cured meats, quality wine, and then the first courses... my goodness, it's been a long time since I've had such a delicious first course. Truly. As for the second course, various boiled meats, which for me, having only eaten tongue years ago in Trieste, was truly interesting. The desserts? So many varieties, all made by them with dedication and just like grandma's house. I loved it. Truly. A super gastronomic experience! I'll return!

05/12/2025: We often go there, everything is good, from the croissants to the cakes... Everything is top... I would like to give a piece of advice since the laboratory is open to the public... I would have the pastry chefs wear hats to give a touch of professionalism.
03/11/2025: We went there for a delicious breakfast. The only thing I'd like to point out is the cleanliness of the tables. Since you're charging for table service, you have to keep them clean.
