Already visited in the past with a somewhat mediocre opinion, we decided to make another visit because the first time you might not even understand... The service is terrible. 7 off-menu dishes listed verbally are too many for anyone to remember them all. My partner asks for gluten-free pizza (like a lady next to us) and is told that they don't do it on Saturdays (despite the menu delivered and the one displayed at the entrance) because having to cook it separately there are too many people and the orders get clogged up by only having one oven (but by law they shouldn't have a separate supply chain so as not to contaminate the flours, maybe I misunderstood.....). So she decides to take the gluten-free tagliatelle: once they arrive (in a truly meager portion), they are totally bland, like my tortelloni, but didn't they cook them together?? Let's hope not..... While waiting to be asked if we wanted dessert after 20 minutes of abandonment we decide to ask for the bill which, as underlined by countless yellow signs scattered around the place, must be asked from the waiter, but we are told to go to the checkout, so we wasted half an hour for nothing. At the time of the bill, my partner's tagliatelle were made to pay for us without a supplement for celiacs, so maybe I was right! I don't like giving bad reviews but I certainly won't come back here.

Homemade first and second courses, with porcini mushrooms. Fried mushrooms a little disappointing, lots of batter a little burnt. Deficient in desserts. Extremely slow and completely absent service in the dining room: time for a basic lunch is about 2 hours. But there is a giant TV in the room to kill the many long downtimes.

2 people + 1 dog for a quick and peaceful lunch. We had lunch on the veranda, I'll start by saying that since it's summer it was a bit hot, I might recommend having lunch inside. They brought us 2 welcome glasses and left us the menus. We opted for something off the menu: I had a polenta flan on a bed of parmesan cream, good. then gray pasta, it was excellent. to conclude lemon sorbet, very good and coffee. The blonde lady was very kind and welcoming. Positive feedback also for the foreign boy with the moustache. The place inside is personally wonderful, it feels like taking a dive into the past with all the objects and utensils of the past.

We came to Fanano to spend a weekend in the mountains and decided to try this decidedly characteristic restaurant, I would say from times gone by. The staff was very kind and helpful, we decided to take all typical mountain dishes from the starters, I would say exceptional, to the first courses with porcini mushrooms, I would dare say sublime, not to mention the truly excellent meat and desserts, all homemade, mouth-watering! Last but not least, the kindness of the owner who was very nice and friendly Fair price for a unique experience we will definitely return

If you happen to pass through Fanano I highly recommend you stop by the Firenze restaurant Very characteristic and welcoming place full of objects and goodies from times gone by that make the atmosphere magical The staff and owner are attentive and very helpful There were six of us and we took a bit of everything and I must say it exceeded expectations, well done, continue like this, we will definitely be back
