Excellent hotel very well located away from caos of downtown. Easy to get around from it’s location. Spanish steps is a 10 min walk. Friendly staff, excellent concierge and bar staff. Give them a four star due to AC issues and missing turn down service one night. It’s rated 5 stars so this should not have happened.

Fabulous location and hotel convenient to tourist favorites and sightseeing transportation! We were greeted upon arrival with a warm smile and that hospitality continued until our departure. Room was spacious and amenities were plenty. Our breakfast was included so we were able to enjoy a full buffet and also choose from menu selections. Hotel staff were always ready to assist us with tourist questions. Much continued success to GM Mr. Mainella and his capable team at Baglioni Hotel Regina. We will definitely return!

I stayed here two different times for a few days each, within a month. I enjoyed my stay both times, but also had very different experiences each time. On my first stay the staff was incredible, the room ready early, sweet gestures from the team. All around fantastic. When I came back the service was still good, but I received a different explanation of the American Express Fine hotels and resorts booking benefits, which seemed odd. The hotel itself is gorgeous, well located, and has ample amenities and a wonderful restaurant attached. The biggest difference is in the rooms, what what "wing" you stay in. One is older, and absolutely what you'd expect from a slightly dated and five star type of hotel. Wonderful furnishings and decor, the biggest issue is that the AC in that wing is terrible and hardly seems to work, which matters during 100/35 degree hot summer days. the newer wing has wonderful AC and very spacious rooms, but the furnishings and decor, while nixe on the outside, are cheaply done and already falling apart because they are a lower quality. I would happily stay here again either way, as the service was delightful and the rooms very nice either way.

Husband and I dropped in for dinner because we were out walking and decided to try it. We were not disappointed! Food was outstanding as well as the service. Would highly recommend.

Came here with my husband over Easter weekend. The mozzarella and broccoli starter was really good and they did it for me without the anchovies as I don't like them. I had the duck for main which was cooked to perfection! I was too full for pudding but they brought out tiny tiramisu and tiny crème brûlée which I funnily enough then found room for :) Service was great, the right level of attentive. Would recommend if you're after a fancy dinner in Rome!

We stayed here for 5 nights. We stayed in their base room so that could be the cause of some of the issue. The bathroom looked very nice but design was not good on the shower. There were shortcuts on finishing as well that you don’t typically expect to see in a luxury hotel. Our room was fitted with two twin beds pushed together and we had to request a mattress topper so they would sort of be like one bed. However one was taller than the other so made a big slant in the bed. Turndown service was hit or miss. We also stayed over Valentine’s Day and requested and was told we would receive a themed turndown however we didn’t get anything. The morning breakfast buffet was good and the location was great. The common areas are very beautiful as well. We had some other issues as well but I did not factor that into the review as we cannot confirm it was a hotel issue. We stayed in the off season and after seeing what is charged during the busy season I would look at other hotels for your stay.

09/08/2024: Come da titolo. Interessante meta al Pigneto. Location ben ristrutturata, ordinata e ben gestita. Truppa giovane , disponibile e cordiale (laude). Disponibili due sale interne più tavoli esterni sulla via. Menù interessante sia di terra che di mare. Consiglio tonno davvero valido. Buona la materia prima , ok la presentazione dei piatti. Servizio rapido e preciso. Prezzi onesti. Location che consiglio con piacere.
20/07/2024: Davvero un gioiellino questo ristorantino incastrato fra i vicoli del Pigneto. Locale splendido, bellissime le piccole sale interne dove le calde e soffuse luci creano un’atmosfera intima, accogliente ed elegante al punto giusto. Personale giovane, sorridente e molto professionale. Servizio ottimo. Ero in compagnia di un amico e abbiamo condiviso (per iniziare) tre antipasti: - SOLINACEA: Polpette di melanzana con cuore di provola affumicata, salsa di pomodoro e Tzatziki. - MIAMI LIME: Tartare di salmone e mango in cestino di Kataifi con lime, mayo al wasabi e mandorle. - CRUDO E CROCCANTE: Nido di porri e zucchine croccanti in tempura con selezione di crudo di salmone, spigola e tonno in salsa di soia, olio evo e zenzero Uno più buono dell’altro! Il MIAMI LIME ha conquistato un pezzetto del mio cuore! CRUDO E CROCCANTE molto buono ma devo ammettere un po’ “difficile” da mangiare: gli sfilacci croccanti di porro e zucchine sono un po’ “scomodi” da afferrare con la forchetta.. forse opterei per delle fette piu grossolane perlomeno delle zucchine (a mò di parmigiana per intenderci). Detto ciò passiamo ai primi piatti: - NUDI E CRUDI: Spaghetti "Mancini" aglio, olio evo, peperoncino, colatura di alici di Cetara,lime, prezzemolo e crudo di gamberi rossi di "Mazara del Vallo" - I PACCHERI ALLA NONNO LADRO: Paccheri "Mancini" aglio, olio evo, zucchine e pomodorini confit, con colatura di alici di Cetara, burrata e bottarga di muggine DUE CAPOLAVORI! Sui NUDI E CRUDI non ho davvero nulla da dire: piatto semplicemente UNICO! Perfetto incastro di sapori e aromi egregiamente bilanciati fra loro, davvero sublime, un’estasi per il palato. Sui PACCHERI alla Nonno Ladro che dire: trattasi sicuramente di un altro capolavoro, anche se mi sono sembrati un po’ sciapi e la cottura dei paccheri era tendente allo scotto (li avrei serviti molto di più al dente). Infine la Cheesecake con amaretto e caramello salato è stata la ciliegina sulla torta per concludere in bellezza e totale appagamento questa bella e buona cena. Prezzi nella media. Straconsigliato.
