Overall, a good experience, both in terms of rooms and food. Excellent location.

We ate at the restaurant, good prices, good quality food, wide choice of first and second courses.

We really enjoyed staying here for 5 nights. The rooms are good, just the wifi doesn’t work very well but that’s about it. Food is great and the buffet breakfast has great variety! The hotel staff are amazing, helpful and welcoming. If I ever come to Dobbiaco again I will stay here.

For many years, every time I vacationed in Dobbiaco, it was a given that I'd stay at the Hotel Nocker with my family. I was a child and still remember the wooden walls of the reception. Many years have passed, but even today I have no hesitation in choosing a hotel. The food is delicious, traditional, and plentiful. The rooms have everything you need for a comfortable stay, even for several days. I don't understand some of the negative reviews about the size of the rooms. The half-board rate is reasonable, considering the very expensive area. P.S. My partner and I have been staying at the Hotel Nocker for my birthday for two years. Both times, they brought me a small cake with a candle for breakfast. It's a gesture that's not at all expected and I really appreciate it. P.S. The bowling alley is a lot of fun!

Just returned from this hotel, and I have to say it's a very welcoming and friendly establishment. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant is very well-maintained, with a varied and generous portion of food. The location is convenient, close to major transport links (train station and bus stop). It was a positive experience. If I ever visit Dobbiaco again in the future, I'll definitely stay here again.

The old woman is unfriendly... otherwise everything is great

My wife and I spent nine nights at this hotel on half board and had a great experience. Our room was comfortable and had a balcony with a lovely mountain view. The breakfast buffet was varied and filling, and dinner featured traditional South Tyrolean cuisine, with a different menu each night and a choice between two options. The food was always tasty, and the friendly staff were happy to accommodate special requests, such as my wife’s favourite pasta carbonara or gelato. One detail we appreciated was that each guest is assigned the same table for every meal—it gave the dining room a familiar, welcoming atmosphere, and we ended up getting to know our neighbours. Although the staff spoke limited English, they were always helpful and made a genuine effort to assist us. The included sauna, available daily from 16:30 to 18:30, was another highlight and became a central part of our daily routine. Breakfast was served early, at 6:30, which allowed us to start hiking by 7:30. The hotel provided a guest pass that gave us free access to local public transportation—very convenient for reaching nearby trails and towns. The train station and bus stops were close by, and we were usually on the trail by 8:30. We’d return around 15:00, rest a bit, enjoy the sauna, then have dinner at 19:00. Afterward, we often went for a walk before dark. One minor downside was the Wi-Fi, which was occasionally unstable. Thankfully, I had enough European mobile data to stay connected when needed. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would love to return in the future.

Charming hotel. We stayed here during our Dolomites hiked and it was just perfect. The rooms are clean and there’s daily cleaning service. The breakfast is very tasty and gives you a great start for the day. Although the staff doesn’t speak too much English, they are extremely nice and helpful and you feel taken cared of. I totally recommend this place.

Mosca bianca per Dobbiaco, vasta scelta di piatti licali e non. Prezzi sicuramente convenienti. Cucina ottima come qualita' e preparazione. Consigliato.
