very welcoming staff, pleasant stay

My room was cold (colder than the hallway) and needed a lot of work, both in the living area and in the bathroom. The floor had several marks and was really poorly maintained. The shower was unusable because the shower head wouldn't stay horizontal. It was impossible to block the shower drain with your feet, as they were under the shower head. Really poorly maintained. The lobby and reception were good. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast.

Room was very nice, clean and big Receptionists were nice Breakfast was ok but personals need to smile a bit more.😊

The hotel is located near the center of Milan. About a 20-minute walk to the Emenuelle Gallery. Very quiet and comfortable. The windows offer beautiful views of the Alps. Very friendly service. I recommend it.

Easy to get to. Excellent for professional events. I haven't slept there.

A decent stay. The real highlight is the staff: friendly, helpful, and very welcoming. I found a good price on StayForLong for two nights, which made the value acceptable. The rooms are rather minimal, basic, and with dated furnishings, so the full price offered on official channels wouldn't be justified. The property isn't right in the city center (Sesto S.G.), but it's just 100 meters from the Sesto Marelli metro station, so you can reach the center of Milan in about twenty to thirty minutes. As a frequent visitor to Milan, I can say that, for the same price (official channels), you can find higher-quality options. However, if you find a great deal with breakfast included (on third-party websites, as I did), it's worth taking advantage of. It can be a good option, or even unbeatable if on sale, thanks to its excellent metro connections. 👍🏼

I had a great experience at this hotel. Starting off with Sabrina on the front desk who was very polite and friendly and whose English was first class. The rooms were great, and breakfast has a large choice of food. Location was a little far away from the town centre but nothing a metro or cab ride didn't fix.

The staff were all very friendly. It would have been nice if there was a convenience store nearby, but that's just a shame. There's a Co-op about a 7-minute walk away. The only downside is that the shower pressure is weak. However, this is a hotel I'd definitely stay at again if I come to Milan.
