Hotel Mary Ristorante In Vico equense

This hotel is truly an incredible place! We - 3 ladies spent 4 wonderful nights here to celebrate my 40th birthday and it was brilliant. First time in Italy and this was a great place 🤩 The views and facilities are amazing! We loved the area of Vico Equense, everyone at the hotel are so friendly and happy to help with information about anything! We also loved the courtesy bus, was so handy for a visit to the beach and little boat marina. Vincenzo at the restaurant was excellent and the staff there are amazing, we always had a lovely meal there - breakfast and dinner (especially the Ravioli ❤️❤️) Thanks to Daniela for providing us with delicious cocktails at the pool, the summer vibes DJ on Saturday afternoon was so much fun! Thank you all for a wonderful stay- we will be back for sure 💕

I can only express positive opinions about this hotel starting from the continental breakfast and very stocked with Neapolitan products. I recommend the Caprese cake which is delicious, breathtaking, then the breakfast and dinner with a view at the hotel restaurant headed by Mr. Vincenzo who is of a kindness and a "savoir faire" that is unparalleled, the dinner at the sea view restaurant is an "experience to live", compliments to all the staff who always welcome you with a smile, from the reception to the ladies who clean the rooms. The spa is fantastic and the massage therapists too, HOTEL MERY A REAL BREATH OF FRESH AIR FOR BODY AND MIND. Thank you!

Hotel Mary truly exceeded our expectations !! I truly wanted to stay in the heart of Sorrento and this is about 10 to 15 minutes outside of Sorrento but from the first day being here, I was more than thrilled with our decision . It is walking distance to town Square that has absolutely every store and everything you would need possible, the most authentic Mom and pop shops( vitale ceramics, Cangiano Gioelli jewelers ) that we were happy to give our business to ,outstanding restaurants, ( Il barrio, il bikini , Terramia , da Franco pizza ) The train station is right there along with taxis . Is truly a prime location .The hotel extremely clean all of the workers, Roberto and Rafael from the pool bar, the bartender from hotel lobby bar the cleaning staff and the concierge were so welcoming, helpful and professional. They serve a magnificent breakfast every morning from 7:30 to 10:30 which is included in your stay , everything was clean fresh and delicious. The views are unmatched. The pool is the star of this hotel. It is an infinity overlooking the ocean, beach clubs, and a stunning view of scenery on the cliffs, golden hour and sunset. Take your breath away.The private beach club was also exceptional !! It’s a 15 minute walk or they have complementary shuttle service! We are a family of four and the room fit us comfortably. The only thing I wish was there was a little bit more room to hang our clothes or draws , but for our family of 4 of eight nights, I just took out our clothes that we planned for the next few days so we didn’t have to keep going in our suitcases every day and it was totally fine. I highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be back. Thank you for an unforgettable experience !

My family and I stayed in Vico Equense’s Hotel Mary in May. All of the staff members were outstanding! The views were beautiful. The small town of Vico Equense was delightful, walkable and friendly with a few shops, churches and restaurants. About a 20 minute cab ride to bustling Sorrento. If you have your heart set on being on a beach, this is not your place. Hotel Mary has a”platform beach” with chaise lounges, umbrellas, a bar with drinks and light snacks, and stairs to the water, but they do not have a sandy beach. Nonetheless we very much enjoyed our stay, and extended a couple times before departing.

We had a wonderful hotel stay here. Although it's a bit farther from hotspots like Positano and Amalfi, it offers a more upscale experience than most hotels in the region. Excellent service and beautiful rooms

I spent a week at the hotel with my parents, and I have to admit, I have nothing but wonderful things to say about it. I had a fantastic time and made many wonderful memories. The staff welcomed us so warmly, and the animation team, in particular, won my heart. It's truly an experience worth having. Büsra Selin from the animation team not only made our vacation more enjoyable but also became a wonderful friend. ❤️

We stayed with our children for one week and this trip had been absolutely unforgettable! The staff are so friendly and accommodating! I can’t say enough about them… They really go above and beyond and helped us make our first family trip to Italy one to never forget. The views are spectacular and the room size was comfortable for a family of 4. Our children enjoyed swimming in the heated pool. My husband and I enjoyed dinners and drinks with spectacular sunsets overlooking the Mediterranean. The town is small but everyone speaks English (or tried to help us if they didn’t!) and is close to the train station for day trips to t”Sorrento, Pompeii, etc. This is truly one special place and can’t wait to come back! Thank you so much to everyone there for a magical stay!

My son enquired why this isn’t a 5* hotel, I probably agree. Beautiful location, free valet parking, lovely rooms, a genuinely heated pool (I didn’t know Italy knew how), great breakfast selection. Most of all though a team who take genuine delight in ensuring you have an amazing stay. I assume the fact this is 4.2 relates to the hotel pre refurb (it’s been gutted) overall an amazing stay, one minor complaint the beds are on the hard side.

Nice hotel, clean and modern. Exceptional service, especially in the restaurant/bar. Enough pool sunbeds and sea club sun beds to not have to fight for a spot. Very pleased.

The hotel is in a nice location in Vico Equense, where there are some nice restaurants and much quieter than nearby tourist spot Sorrento. Also provides a convenient base to explore the likes of Sorrento and Naples by train. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful but the rooms were somewhat basic and not too quiet. Thin walls and thumping music from a local club somewhere near the port didn’t help (the latter not the hotels fault to be fair). A few additional ‘luxuries’ might bump this rating up higher perhaps, given the hotel rates. Little luxuries don’t cost much but can make a big difference to the overall experience
