You arrive in a beautiful, well-kept, and welcoming garden. It's also perfectly nestled in the Umbrian countryside. Yet you're just a convenient distance from the center. There's ample parking, the rooms are spotlessly clean, but the staff deserves the highest praise. Everyone. Absolutely everyone, at any time of day, is smiling, welcoming, and helpful. Well done, truly well done! The breakfast is good and varied! Highly recommended!

We stayed at this property and were truly satisfied. Although it's officially rated three stars, in our opinion it easily deserves a fourth: the attention to detail and customer service truly make the difference. The rooms are very comfortable and charming. The location is excellent, about 2 km from Assisi, easily accessible on foot. There's on-site parking. A special thanks goes to Antonello, always helpful and kind, and to all the staff, who were friendly and professional at every opportunity. A special mention goes to Marianna, with whom we interacted most often: her helpfulness and courtesy made our stay even more pleasant. The restaurant is truly excellent, with well-prepared, high-quality dishes, while breakfast was rich and varied, satisfying a wide range of tastes and needs. The property also has a swimming pool, which unfortunately we couldn't use due to bad weather, but we appreciated the indoor spa: although small, it was very functional and relaxing. We'll definitely be back!!

The hotel lived up to our expectations in every way. A 3-star hotel, even 4 in our opinion...excellent cleanliness, a very beautiful and quiet location, and the food was also excellent...all the staff were very kind and helpful...the waitress Marianna was friendly and very helpful. The room, furnished in wood, gave a very nice warm feeling...it was a shame about the bad weather that meant we couldn't use the pool, but we made up for it with a wonderful afternoon at the spa, I'd say excellent!!!! I just returned from a short vacation with three dear friends who organized it for me as a birthday present. It was the perfect choice because they found a hotel that gave us the opportunity to spend quality time in a meticulously maintained and very clean property with extremely attentive and kind staff. I can't recommend anyone more than spending some quality time with their loved ones in this paradise. Rita
