Hotel il Maglio In Imola

Excellent hotel, clean and welcoming, with large, well-appointed rooms and a stocked refrigerator with both sparkling and still water. The receptionist was welcoming and available to answer any questions, such as when our jackets got wet in a downpour, so she took care of drying them in the on-site laundry room before our departure. Breakfast was everything you could want, with the chef present. The buffet was adequate, with fresh products, both savory and non-savory, typical of Romagna. Thanks also to the wonderful courtesy of Mrs. Patrizia in the restaurant.

This is our second time staying at this hotel, and we had a wonderful time. We felt at home thanks to the hospitality, welcome, and helpfulness. Breakfast is plentiful and offers a wide selection of sweet and savory options. The restaurant is excellent, offering both lunch and dinner at very reasonable prices. We will definitely return.

We were greeted very warmly by the staff, who were incredibly friendly and helpful (a great thing overall! After our unfortunate experience of being stranded with our car, it was truly a blessing!). The lobby was very beautiful, but not as beautiful as the rooms, which felt a bit like they were in the 1980s. The air conditioning/heating system was a bit tricky to manage (so hot), but that was solved by opening the window. Everything was quite comfortable.

The hotel is easy to get to, on the main road. Warm rooms, large bathrooms, and towels are provided. Breakfast is decent, and the staff is very helpful. There's a restaurant, which I haven't tried.

The bar area features friendly and helpful staff. You can also sit down and enjoy a drink at the bar.

The price was very high, and I found a deal on Booking.com as a Genius customer. They couldn't match the price...also, I didn't have breakfast on the last day, and they didn't offer me a packed breakfast, nor did they deduct it from my bill. Overall, the breakfast was good with a wide selection of products. The hotel is convenient because it's on the main road. The staff was friendly and helpful. Ample parking in front of the hotel.
