I go there to eat a pizza every now and then we get the delicious starter, really plentiful and varied, very kind staff.

Today lunch with bruschetta with porcini mushrooms, excellent and abundant, accompanied by tomino and Eremo gnocchi (pistachio, milk cream, sausage, parmesan flakes). Tasty food, adequate price.

A location I knew very well. Visited many times in the past years. Now renewed and performing. Friendly and helpful staff. A place to highly recommend.

Excellent restaurant inside the hotel

We chose this hotel on the occasion of the chestnut festival, I must say that I really liked it, the rooms are very spacious and very welcoming, even though the one assigned to us was on the first floor where the only passage to access is outside (not really pleasant for 'winter) and up stairs, very nice restaurant room with antique style wooden ceiling as I like it. The hotel is located just over 500 meters walk from the center of Soriano where most of the festive activities are celebrated such as: banquets with local souvenirs, braziers with steaming roasted chestnuts, trucks equipped with local delicacies, and a square set up for shows, all very very beautiful indeed! the only small flaw, if you don't have good legs, the return journey to The hotel is uphill, a very demanding climb. Returning to the hotel the room has a mini fridge bar enriched with snacks, carbonated drinks and also prosecco for an aperitif in the room, the bed is not very comfortable, the mattress is not rigid but with springs You may or may not like it, it's as if the pillows didn't exist (like most hotels) in fact we always bring our own as a precaution, overall we slept quite well in the sleeping area. The bathroom is very large, there is no heating unfortunately, only the possibility of attaching and turning on a heater provided by the managers (not the best), for heating in the room ditto; I am a technician of large hotel systems and I can firmly tell you that the system does not work at the top, we have tried to turn on the hot air but nothing came out, for a 4 star this is a big shortcoming. The breakfast is not overly generous, there are tarts (in particular there isn't a very good one with chestnut jam) the croissants are small and dried up, there is the omelette which I really like, and also a donut. The drinks are hot prepared directly from the bar, we had a hot cappuccino and it was very good, creamy with lots of foam. The price of all this is quite affordable, although perhaps by improving those small shortcomings described above, the customer would be even happier. We will definitely return to visit this splendid country.

Only spent one night, but we had a great time. Neat and clean rooms and excellent cuisine, worth trying.

Place was quite empty, welcome a bit cold, overall acceptable meal with a couple of remarks, the bufala fillet was the very end of the piece like a slice of meat masked rolling it up in a way it appears thick. veggies were supposed to be from the grill but they had been cooked earlier and stored in the fridge and they didn’t care to warm it up. Prices over the average for the location and ambience. Not the best

It's a shame that we were only there for one night passing through because it is a very nice hotel with spacious rooms, in a very quiet place. Not to mention the breakfast, cakes and pancakes all homemade by them and also savory on request. Super friendly staff, we arrived with a car problem and in the morning they sent us to the mechanic 50 meters from the hotel who was very kind to help us immediately since we had to travel almost 600 km to get home. We will definitely return.

Ristorante buono, ma per l’hotel è assolutamente un no. Camera vecchia, condizionatore non funzionante in una notte rovente di Luglio (si spegnava da solo ed era anche estremamente rumoroso), materassi non adeguati ad un quattro stelle. Esperienza molto migliorabile per gli ospiti.
