Hotel Eremo Ristorante Pizzeria In Soriano nel cimino

I went to their restaurant only and not rented their room. But I understand the rooms are good as well.

We stayed at this hotel for the Nigiotti concert. We were looking for a quiet place to stay in the center of Soriano, but I have to say we found so much more. The hotel has convenient parking, so you can leave your car without any hassle. There's a pool and plenty of green spaces to relax. The staff makes you feel at home: smiling, helpful, and full of energy. Kudos to Elio. The breakfast is special, with quality products, a variety, and a selection of homemade desserts. Inspired by the desire for something good, for dinner, we relied on the restaurant's reviews, and we were right. Highly recommended. I wouldn't call it the hotel restaurant in the traditional way; this restaurant is a local landmark, excellent value, and generous and tasty portions. We tried the pappardelle with wild boar ragù and the pici with truffle-wrapped Cinta Senese strips, both truly special. Homemade pasta and dishes loaded with sauces were also delicious. The mixed fried foods were also delicious. There's so much to choose from on the menu. Next time, we'll try the pizza (they have a wood-fired oven). We also saw a platter of delicacies coming out—you'll have to try it!

Locale ampio e ben curato negli interni, ottima la cucina locale e porzioni abbondanti dagli antipasti ai dolci!!! Buona anche la pizza cotta a legna con impasto a lunga lievitazione! Consigliato!!!

The service (and also the price) is absolutely not 4 stars. Upon arrival the room was cold and the heating (slow) was turned on only when the room was delivered. No elevator and need to go outside to reach the restaurant.
