We were guest at the hotel for three nights. I had read that the restaurant was open only on limited nights and was fortunate together a dinner reservation for one of them. We sat outside on the terrace which provided terrific views of LC and across the water to Bellagio. The menu is prix fixe. I recall it being five or six courses. The menu is set up as three primary styles: meat, fish, vegetarian you can order fully for one style or mix styles for the courses. The chef preparation and presentation was fabulous. The food quality excellent. We ordered a very nice bottle of wine to enjoy with our meal. Th3 service was impeccable. Whether you are a guest or not, this is a must do dining experience in Varenna.
