It's always a pleasure to return to this place where professionalism, hospitality, and quality always go hand in hand. The fish is incredibly fresh, carefully cooked, and served elegantly but without excessive formality. Special praise goes to Massimo, the maître d', whose kindness, expertise, and attention to detail elevate the experience to a level few can match. To call his customer service "excellent" is an understatement. Always present, never intrusive, and capable of making each guest feel at home. Our recent visit to Duilio restaurant, with high expectations for the Innovation tasting menu, unfortunately turned out to be a profound disappointment. What should have been a surprising and memorable culinary experience turned into a gastronomic scam, light years away from what one would expect from a high-end tasting menu. The cuisine was simple, almost banal, lacking any distinctive or innovative elements that would justify the menu's name. Each dish fell short of creating the "wow" effect one seeks in such an experience. I can say without hesitation that this is the worst tasting menu I've ever had. Don't get me wrong, the food wasn't inherently "bad," but it lacked soul, research, and that spark that transforms a meal into an experience. If a restaurant doesn't have the dishes to provide an experience, I'd suggest not offering a tasting menu at all. The only positive aspect of the meal was the service. The wait staff was very good, attentive, and professional. I regretted having to communicate our dissatisfaction directly to the waiter, aware of his impeccable professionalism in a setting that didn't do him justice. In short, if you're looking for a culinary experience that justifies the cost and expectations of a tasting menu, Duilio, at least for the Innovation menu, is not the right choice.

Excellent food and a pleasant experience. We ate poolside on a July evening, choosing the "Triple Antipasti" tasting menu, a seafood-based menu with five different courses. The dishes were exquisite, well-balanced, and visually stunning. The dish that struck me most was the squid ink cappuccino. It was not only delicious but also fun, from the service to the discovery, a pleasant surprise after the first three courses.

We celebrated my mother's birthday at dinner. New and well-kept environment, attentive and fast service. Delicious dishes. I especially recommend the fried seafood: crunchy and tasty. It was an experience to repeat. Warmest compliments to all the staff
