I stayed there for one night with a pilgrimage group. I'm surprised by the positive reviews. The only positive is the central location. The rooms are old with worn-out mattresses. The elevator is small and single, so for a large group, it took a while to get to your room. Were the rooms clean? They were soaked in chlorine so much they stank, resulting in ruined, discolored clothes in the bathroom. The food was poor quality, served by the staff angrily, as if they were being punished for their work. Most people in our group, upon opening the window, saw a wall of cinder blocks. Not a good experience for me. I wouldn't recommend it.

Minimal rooms from the 60s/70s as far as where I stayed, but if I were to return to Cascia I would return to the same hotel, quiet place and well served, excellent staff, the food did not satisfy me

It's gotten better in recent years, a great hotel where I almost feel at home. The superior double room was truly excellent, the breakfast was excellent, the staff were very friendly, and the price was excellent. Really, nothing to complain about.

I stayed at this hotel as a couple on October 16-17, 2025. An unforgettable experience! The staff were always helpful and friendly, the food excellent (L'Alveare restaurant offers a set menu), the sweet and savory breakfast varied and plentiful, the standard rooms clean, bright, and spacious, and the linens were excellent. Excellent value for money. Last but not least, the location, just steps from the Basilica, is extremely convenient. The atmosphere is spiritual. An experience worth repeating. Highly recommend!

I've been coming here for years, and everything has been perfect. Excellent cooking. The welcome is warm and very professional. The parking leaves something to be desired; it was better before, but hey, we make do.

For those wishing to visit the Basilica and Monastery of Santa Rita, I believe there couldn't be a better choice: spacious and clean rooms, a varied and high-quality breakfast buffet included, friendly staff, and, most importantly, just a few meters from your destination. Finally, excellent value for money. Recommended!

Hotel located just a few meters from the Basilica of Saint Rita of Cascia. Clean rooms with a beautiful view. Friendly and helpful staff. Recommended!

Excellent location, convenient on-site parking, but in my opinion not enough for all potential guests. The superior rooms are decent; the standard rooms, without air conditioning or a minibar, are not recommended. Cleanliness is generally average, and the breakfast buffet is plentiful and varied, although it could be improved. The food, at least the set menu, was far below average. We had dinner on the evening of August 28th, and aside from the pasta, which was okay, the meat dish was cold and dry. I hope it was just a fluke. The staff, both at reception and in the dining room, were very kind and helpful.

17/10/2025: We chose this property from a smartbox. It's a converted convent. It's set in a large park, has an outdoor pool, and a spa with a 35-degree pool.
22/07/2025: Bella location in un piacevole contesto paesistico. Abbiamo pranzato in una veramente molto luminosa e con un meraviglioso presepe. Anche la sala interna era bella ma forse bisognosa di essere spolverata con maggiore accuratezza. Il rapporto tra qualità e prezzo mi è sembrato non adeguato. I primi (costo medio 18 euro) mi sono sembrati cari, tanto più che i tanto decantati pici non erano fatti in casa. Né gli straccetti (18 euro) né le tagliate (17 euro) mi hanno convinto (carne dura e poco frollata). Discreta la fagiolina del Trasimeno (8 euro), discrete le verdure ripassate. Premesso che abbiamo aspettato un discreto tempo il conto, rilevo due aspetti negativi: il conto ci è stato fatto su uno scontrino non fiscale (ce ne siamo accorti una volta usciti) e il moscato che ci è stato offerto per accompagnare il dolce di compleanno è stato invece fatto pagare 22 euro, pur essendo acquistabile in qualsiasi supermercato ad un costo decisamente inferiore. Anche le 24 euro per una bottiglia di vino da loro prodotto mi sono sembrate eccessive. Quindi... bella la struttura, bella la sistemazione degli spazi esterni (campo da bocce, prati su cui correre, giochi) ma poco convincente la cucina e salato il conto in rapporto alla qualità proposta.

They listened to my needs and what I had to say, attentive to my every request, and made the evening perfect and super fun! Gabriele and Jasmin are the best ❤️
26/10/2025: Graduation party, a good experience, though a bit pricey for the amount of food served. The team was fantastic and helpful, however. The venue was well-maintained and original.
