This hotel is very nice, maybe the location is a little less so, but all in all the rooms are nice.

On Saturday, November 22, 2025, we had dinner at the Hotel delle Rose. There were six of us, and we all had a great impression of the location, especially the welcome and service from the waiter, Momo. He was polite, courteous, and very professional. Compliments to the hotel for their choice of staff.

The location is very central to the basilica.

I stayed there for one night with a pilgrimage group. I'm surprised by the positive reviews. The only positive is the central location. The rooms are old with worn-out mattresses. The elevator is small and single, so for a large group, it took a while to get to your room. Were the rooms clean? They were soaked in chlorine so much they stank, resulting in ruined, discolored clothes in the bathroom. The food was poor quality, served by the staff angrily, as if they were being punished for their work. Most people in our group, upon opening the window, saw a wall of cinder blocks. Not a good experience for me. I wouldn't recommend it.

Minimal rooms from the 60s/70s as far as where I stayed, but if I were to return to Cascia I would return to the same hotel, quiet place and well served, excellent staff, the food did not satisfy me

It's gotten better in recent years, a great hotel where I almost feel at home. The superior double room was truly excellent, the breakfast was excellent, the staff were very friendly, and the price was excellent. Really, nothing to complain about.

I stayed at this hotel as a couple on October 16-17, 2025.
An unforgettable experience!
The staff were always helpful and friendly, the food excellent (L'Alveare restaurant offers a set menu), the sweet and savory breakfast varied and plentiful, the standard rooms clean, bright, and spacious, and the linens were excellent. Excellent value for money. Last but not least, the location, just steps from the Basilica, is extremely convenient. The atmosphere is spiritual. An experience worth repeating. Highly recommend!
