Excellent location, convenient on-site parking, but in my opinion not enough for all potential guests. The superior rooms are decent; the standard rooms, without air conditioning or a minibar, are not recommended. Cleanliness is generally average, and the breakfast buffet is plentiful and varied, although it could be improved. The food, at least the set menu, was far below average. We had dinner on the evening of August 28th, and aside from the pasta, which was okay, the meat dish was cold and dry. I hope it was just a fluke. The staff, both at reception and in the dining room, were very kind and helpful.

An incredible experience. From the reception and check-in, to the cleanliness and amenities of the rooms, to breakfast and dinner. All the staff and waiters were extremely polite, and a special thanks to Mohammed and Daniele. Great location, on the street behind the Sanctuary of Saint Rita of Cassia. Guest parking is included in the stay. I highly recommend it!

We stayed there for one night at the Hotel delle Rose, which is conveniently located next to the church of Santa Rita. But when we entered the hotel room, we were incredibly disappointed: dirty balconies, a sagging bed, a bathroom with a 1960s bathtub, a fan, no air conditioning, a broken shutter. I've never seen anything like it. They put the photos online and it's just a huge rip-off. To get to the room, you have to take three elevators. What can I say? A horrible experience... Never again. I absolutely do not recommend it.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for the first time for three nights. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were adequate, although Room 1 seemed small. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend the hotel restaurant; if I really had to recommend something, I'd recommend it to the manager. He should have the chef change jobs, because he still hasn't fixed the tables that are too loose, unless it's the floor. With these adjustments, I might give it five stars next time. The hotel deserves three stars thanks to the staff, whom we bid them farewell and wish them all the best.
