Location: A well-designed property with well-distributed spaces and a refined design that make it truly welcoming. The outdoor pool area is also lovely. Reception: Always available, attentive, and proactive in advising and guiding guests throughout their stay. Special thanks to Rachele, whose smile and helpfulness ensured our vacation. Rooms: Our standard economy room was spacious and clean. The very comfortable bed provided ideal comfort. The bathroom was a bit narrow but well-designed and fully equipped. Food: We've never eaten so well on vacation. Full stop. Chef Donato Di Nunzio literally amazed us with his creative dishes, respectful of Abruzzo's culinary traditions. The breakfast buffet was always full of high-quality and delicious products. The cakes, thyme biscuits, jams, and hazelnut spread were excellent. Dinner was always a delightful experience, with the delicacy and flavor the Chef expertly created in his delicious gastronomic creations. The table service was impeccable, with special thanks to Martina, who was always prompt and attentive to our needs. Conclusion: You'll never realize you're a guest because the hospitality and passion conveyed by the Di Nunzio family will make you feel perfectly at home. Highly recommended.

Returned in 2025....I confirm the review: I have never found a more welcoming hotel. Quality, cleanliness, and extremely kind staff. Down to the last waiter or cleaner. I absolutely recommend it.

The hotel is modern and comfortable, with very friendly and professional staff, impeccable cleanliness, and excellent food. Ideal for those who want to immerse themselves in nature with excursions ranging from simple to more challenging, while also enjoying some relaxation. The property is located in a magical village, where you'll suddenly find deer accompanying you on your walks. Superb in every way.

Just returned... with the promise to absolutely return. Recommended by friends, we trusted them and booked. What more can we say... Excellent hospitality and services: Professional, helpful, empathetic staff, ready to answer (with the utmost kindness) our questions and requests. Services: Pool, bar, restaurant, housekeeping, all excellent 5-star. We stayed in a room in the annex, perhaps small, but still cozy... Cuisine: Ehhhhh... here we are at the highest levels, Chef Donato, with his Michelin-starred preparation, delighted our palates, serving us haute cuisine, from starters to main courses, and why not add desserts... Super!!! Finally, the kindness of Agnese and Federica, who directed and advised us on excursions and more. I thank and greet our guide Federica, who expressed all her inner passion for the "Mountain and its animals." In short, I felt like I was part of the family, and I thank them from the bottom of my heart ❤️. We'll see each other again very soon 🙏🙏😄

The hotel is located just steps from the main road in Villetta Barrea. The staff is friendly, professional, and very accommodating, even with food allergies. We opted for half-board (a varied and plentiful breakfast buffet, and dinner included a first course, second course, side dish, fruit, and dessert. Everything was delicious). Amenities include a pool, hot tub, and gym. Organized excursions/walks are available, but since we have a small child, we preferred to plan our own activities. Not all rooms have balconies, and there is no elevator. Across the street from the hotel is a municipal playground that is also open after dinner. Just a few kilometers away, you can visit Lake Barrea, Camosciara, Pescasseroli, and much more. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return to this hotel if we have the opportunity.

The hotel is very well maintained and clean, with knowledgeable and helpful staff. They have a lovely pool to cool off in after a walk. The property is located in the town centre, and the food is excellent.

First of all, the entire staff: helpful, welcoming, and smiling. They put you in the right mood just by looking at them. Excellent cuisine, carefully prepared, varied, and made with passion. Perfect location. Pool with a whirlpool and a lovely shower head... And I could go on... Only one thought...I regret not having met him sooner. We'll definitely be back.
