We came as a couple one evening for dinner... it was just us and a table of bikers. A lovely restaurant nestled in a heavenly setting. The owner was delightful, as was the waitress. Thank you for pampering us and serving us such delicious food!

Everyone was extremely kind and helpful, especially Mrs. Marta, the dining room manager, who patiently supported us throughout.
A delicious lunch.

The hospitality, atmosphere, and cuisine are perfectly in keeping with the village of Sefro. The appetizers are excellent, the cake is truly unique, and the first courses with freshwater shrimp are fantastic—a must-try. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the setting is warm and welcoming. A place where you can eat well and immediately feel at home.

I'd like to give this reason for the maximum star rating: my partner and I have stayed here several times. The food was excellent, and the location was perfect. I've never seen such a warm and welcoming atmosphere at Christmas, with a lit fireplace and a beautiful tree and candles. Another time we stayed, we had a relaxing stay just for ourselves, and we were truly pampered. Dinner and breakfast were excellent, and Marta, the owner, recommended several activities we could have done if we wanted. My heartfelt compliments to the entire staff at Hotel Faustina in Sefro, from Fabrizio and Monica, because you always deserve the best, in our opinion. We'll be back.

A beautiful hotel in the heart of Sefro, nestled in the Marche Apennines, surrounded by nature (with stunning waterfalls right across the street). The restaurant is also excellent, specializing in snails and river fish (trout and shrimp), as well as mushrooms and truffles. Highly recommended!

Regarding my experience, I can say that I tried a very wide variety of menus and it was all really delicious, the service was impeccable and the owner was really friendly and kind. Specialties include snails and trout, a must try!
