SEFRO is a delightful village, surrounded by greenery. Very active and lively. The trout are delicious and tasty. We came across this restaurant by chance, unfortunately the staff wasn't very present, and we waited a long time before ordering, there was no organisation... the nice location, bordered by the stream which with its noise makes you relax and experience the beauty of staying in a unique place.
The product is all good. MAYBE it was a bad day, it happens.
It will certainly be a reason to return and check the service again. I ate well despite everything...

Tagliatelle alla trota e trota alla griglia veramente degne di nota. Personale e proprietario simpatici e cordiali. Il tavolo all'aperto sotto una fresca ombra e in prossimità della cascatella ha contribuito a farci godere al meglio un pranzo assolutamente piacevole. Torneremo di sicuro.

We were there for dinner and ate a pizza that wasn't bad, the table service leaves a little to be desired, but overall, yes, it's passable!! Very clean bathrooms!! The place is very beautiful, with lots of greenery and the river which gives a bit of coolness to these hot evenings!!

We were in this place for the first time passing through and we had a great time, very friendly and above all youthful staff! We ate the trout (a typical local dish) and were very satisfied as it was cooked very well. The veranda overlooking the river makes the atmosphere very pleasant! We will definitely be back! A cool oasis away from the city heat!!!
Excellent pasta with river prawns and an Angus steak as well.
On a fiery Saturday in August you couldn't ask for anything better.

Spotless rooms, quiet environment, Sefro is a wonderful place, we ate the salmon trout and it was exceptional, compliments on the starters and first courses, I recommend it to everyone, great place for trekking and nature lovers.
