Hotel Boule de Neige In Rhemes-notre-dame

Abbiamo provato il Boule de neige durante una vacanza a Rhêmes Notre Dame. È situato nella frazione di Chanavey, 3/4 km prima del capoluogo Rhêmes. È un bell’ambiente di montagna. Il menù è abbastanza ricco e comprende prevalentemente piatti della tradizione Valdostana. Abbiamo iniziato con un ottimo flan di verdure accompagnato da vellutata di fontina. A seguire la Valpelinentse del Gran Paradiso: la zuppa tradizionale a base di pane, fontina, erbette, cavolo e cannella, servita nel tegamino in coccio. Davvero molto buona, ben equilibrata nei sapori. A seguire barbecue vegetariano composto da verdure miste ed una tometta grigliate. Non male come piatto, ma la tometta era molto piccola e le verdure poche (vedi foto). Decisamente scarso per € 16! Servizio un po’ lento, nonostante i pochi clienti. Prezzi leggermente al di sopra della media del posto. Ampia possibilità di parcheggio.

When it comes to what do you want more from life! Lovely place, Cozy, clean, nothing is missing. Buffet breakfast prepared with fresh, quality products. You can book either full board or half board, but if you are undecided you can eat à la carte. The staff were all kind and hospitable. Two days of regenerating walks. To then come back and be pampered in the spa.

Buona scelta di vini. Ambiente alpinoe casalingo. Piatti ben cucinati ma che non si lasciamo ricordare, crostata da ripensare.

Very nice restaurant... divine fondue... carbonade with polenta very tasty tanning, tender and juicy meat... attentive and friendly staff... passed with flying colors

We arrived for an aperitif on the terrace (an event organized to taste local wines) and stopped for dinner. Excellent and abundant dishes, the ribs with ancient mustard were delicious! Beautiful location, very kind staff! Advised.

RESTAURANT ONLY Beautiful place with excellent cuisine, a very rich menu with lots of choice (even vegetarian dishes). Very nice dishes and attentive service, young, smart and very kind waiter! The place is very nice and spacious, with a shaded terrace and lawn with deckchairs and games for children. You don't spend a little but you leave the table satisfied 😊
