Hosteria Pura In Bagno a ripoli

Capita che si fissi una cena con amici all'ultimo momento di sabato sera; i soliti ristoranti, gremiti. Vediamo nella zona di Grassina (Bagno a Ripoli) cosa si può trovare; su Tripadvisor noto l'Hosteria Pura (mai frequentata ) ancora disponibile, qualche recensione molto perfida altre, anche troppo altisonanti. Il locale è molto piccolo, arredamento spartano, menù semplice di carne e pesce. Il personale di sala (penso si tratti dei titolari) molto carino e professionale, provati piatti di pesce anche se siamo a 120 km dal mare. Moscardini in umido buoni, Taglierini al limone e gamberi (porzioni esagerate) molto buoni, Frittura di calamari e gamberi passabile (le verdure, no per favore, troppo unte d'olio), le Polpette di baccalà sufficienti, il Tomino in crosta buono.. Cantina limitata. Prezzi non molto economici, ma è pesce comunque.

Molto, molto bravi; locale accogliente e curato; cibo buonissimo. Vale la pena tornarci, tornarci, tornarci....

Nothing special before writing the review I went there to eat 3 times and all three times I didn't like it too much especially the last time good food but they don't have continuity you can find the day you eat well or the day you eat badly service may seem good at the beginning but with any information/request they immediately become grumpy too long waits and little attention to the customer, for the nice environment with the music that holds you back a lot the only problem is that they make you understand their political side so if someone thinks differently yes feels in the wrong place

Very nice and characteristic location. Good food and friendly service. An intimate restaurant where you can feel at ease.
