An experience to definitely repeat. It was very pleasant to try this type of cuisine that combines innovation with the tradition of Paduan cuisine. The owner's passion is evident and is transmitted in a careful search for wines and raw materials. The quality of the raw materials is excellent, and so is their transformation into balanced dishes but rich in flavor.

Excellent food, super staff, great location for a romantic dinner. We opted for the fire and flames menu, the chef immediately asked us what we didn't like to understand our tastes, we went in blind and were truly amazed, sophisticated and well-prepared dishes, a truly excellent experience, I recommend it

Good evening, I was in your restaurant with my girlfriend and despite the impeccable service, a fantastic location and the very friendly chef, we didn't like some dishes at all. The carbonara gave stomach problems to my girlfriend who had to go to the bathroom to wet her wrists to recover and it didn't go crazy for me either, it was the chef's choice, but if I had ordered à la carte I would never have had a carbonara of this type even if the concept was very interesting, but the result did not satisfy either of us. The main problem, however, was in the dessert, the medovik, with a taste that was too strange and not very appreciable especially due to a too strong note of acidity, my girlfriend sent it back and I made a particular effort to finish it, even the grilled ice cream wasn't that great. Furthermore, precisely because not everyone has the same economic possibilities, I had to make sacrifices to afford this dinner for two people and I had to leave particularly dissatisfied. We feel sorry for the staff because they were all very kind and professional, we hope to return to try something else and leave happy.

It was a wonderful surprise to have dinner at this restaurant! The chef has a great personality that he puts into every dish. I loved the asparagus with telephone fondue and egg yolk, the artichokes, the tartare, the rabbit! And the BBQ carbonara is a crazy surprise! We will be back!!!

I struggled a lot to find words that could truly represent the emotions I felt sitting at that table.
All the dishes that I had the pleasure of tasting together with my girlfriend were better than the other. When I thought one dish was the best, the next course made me think the same thing as the first.
The dishes convey love and passion for this work. They take you and excite you without you realizing it.
You get it once you walk out the door, making you want to go back in.
The place is very small, located in the historic center of Padua. In that room you find yourself in a pleasant, almost familiar environment.
Stefano himself gave me the idea of being one of the family. A truly wonderful person, who cares about his work and above all his passion.
There are 3 tasting menus, with the addition of one for young people (from 18 to 35 years).
We had a lot of difficulty deciding which of the routes to take, until the chef came to help us.
It is clear from the chef's words and tone that this work has tattooed on his heart.
The chef came to present the dishes to us at the table, still leaving a bit of mystery around each course. Almost as if he wanted us to discover them ourselves. Something I really appreciated.
Each dish was evidently studied and prepared with heart, the restaurant staff is very knowledgeable, selected and prepared by the chef.
Needless to say, I fell in love with those dishes.
Strong but simple flavors, which are all felt on the palate. It's easy to distinguish flavors, even by eating a bite that includes all the ingredients in the dish.
Thank you so much Chef! It was a unique experience, full of surprises and discoveries.
