Cena a base di zuppa di ceci e porcini e zuppa rustica buonissime. La gentilezza e la cordialità completano il resto. Perfetto.

Abbiamo pranzato in questo ristorante gentilmente accolti e coccolati dabuoni piatti tipici. Buonissima la cheesecake agli agrumi. Provatelo.

A very small restaurant accessable from the street, just off the main square in Assisi, or from it's adjoining hotel, La Tradizione can boast the best pasta alla Norcina I've ever eaten.

06/10/2024: Nice place with beautiful landscape and views. Impeccable service and friendly waitresses. Generous food portions and fast service. Good starter and delicious meat. However, there are some sore points in my opinion. The strangozzi were very "smooth" and thin, and were not the best. Even the sauce definitely not the best I've ever eaten. For dessert I had tiramisu. It was clearly one of the frozen ones and had an aftertaste of alcohol due to I don't know what. However, the price was fair for what you ate and the experience was pleasant
10/09/2024: A beautiful discovery. The restaurant located on the hills near Perugia offers a beautiful view. The facility is very nice, the staff very courteous. As for the food, you can see that there is particular attention, the flavor is excellent, especially the handmade pasta, as well as the very particular bruschetta. If you are in the area it is worth it, even for the prices that are not too high.

La Casa Rosa

12/10/2024: Collocata all'interno del castello di Postignano la casa rosa offre il piacere di una accoglienza cordiale, un servizio impeccabile e una cucina armonica e perfettamente integrata nel territorio. La scelta dei vini é completa e il sommelier Marco ha la capacità di incantare nella spiegazione dei vini. Esperienza veramente ottima.
14/09/2024: Abbiamo prenotato per un pranzo infrasettimanale, avendo letto e sentito parlare di questo posto. Location stupenda all'interno del bellissimo borgo/castello di Postignano, terrazza con vista panoramica, luogo e personale professionale ed estremamente carino ed accogliente. Quello che non ci ha soddisfatto hainoi è però il menù con pochissima scelta, da "ristorantino turistico", composto da insalate e pinsa romana e tra i piatti del giorno: prosciutto e burrata, un solo primo e nessun secondo cucinato, dolce semifreddo. Venendo da fuori, ci è dispiaciuto soprattutto di non essere stati avvisati telefonicamente del menù ridotto, rispetto a quanto pubblicato su Trip Advisor. Tanto che per un attimo abbiamo creduto di aver sbagliato ristorante ed esserci seduti nella "terrazza" sbagliata.
