I'm sorry but I don't really like dining in rooms with little light, so the four stars are for this, even if the place is nice. The food is excellent, everything really good with impeccable service in every detail, then the preparation of the tiramisu at the moment was a surreal experience. Congratulations, recommended experience.

Non e la prima volta che vado, questa volta ho avuto un po di difficolta a trovare piatti che mi “conquistassero” al 100%. Tutti molto interessanti e buoni, ma forse troppo ricercati per il mio palato. Due piccoli difetti: porzione un po meno abbondanti delle altre volte e parecchie zanzare, devo dire trattate prontamente dalla padrona con spry sotto il tavolo che SOLO nel nostro tavolo si e rivelato poco efficace. DEGNO di MASSIMA menzione e 10 stelle il trattamento riservato al mio peloso a cui non solo e stata data acqua in abbondanza, ma sono anche stati offerti degli “avanzi gourmet”, prima volta che mi capita e devo dire da lui estremamente apprezzata! Grazie grazie grazie! In conclusione mi sono trovato bene, molto bene ma non benissimo come altre volte, attenzione al cliente assolutamente al TOP!

Fantastic place, very professional staff and excellent cuisine

Splendid dinner in a superb location. We tasted the "Fish" menu and I appreciated a combination of flavors with raw seafood accompanied by a splendid warm foam with caviar; followed by tuna, lobster tempering, infinite flavors mixed divinely... I remember the pleasant flavor of seafood tagliatelle creamed with sweet butter and sprinkled with raspberry powder.... How delicious. The fried fish is excellent and then an ecstasy of sweetness with the pre-dessert and finally a small pastry to accompany the coffee. Superb perhaps beyond the wine list and the competence and attention of Mrs. Maria Nena Congratulations to chef Damiano and his collaborators, an unforgettable place to definitely return to taste new dishes

The Cave Cantù remains one of my heartfelt places in the Oltrepò Pavia area; I have been many times and I find that their summer location is among the most beautiful: a very airy courtyard with a magical atmosphere harmonized by the very appropriate background music. The dishes remain top-notch, their selection of raw meats accompanied by pineapple compote and vaporized sea water is excellent. The Breme onion ravioli with cod and weighing frog are also very good. The selection of wines is vast and a lot of space is also given to half bottles. If I have to look for a flaw, we found the recommendation to show up at 7.30pm and not at 8pm as requested to be very curious despite the fact that at 9.30pm there were still many free tables.

Marriage also takes on a special meaning. Attention to detail is the basis of everything, not just the Chef's preparations in the kitchen. Maria, great hostess, always present for everyone's needs.
